Review 1：Staff were very accommodating and helpful our I nobility to speak German was never a problem due to the fact that all staff spoke impeccable English a great stay in a wonderful part of Germany thank you x

Review 2：The only negative observation, is that the housekeeping staff were very noisy in the mornings cleaning adjacent rooms. It felt like they were behaving as if the hotel were empty, slamming doors, clanging buckets, and loud chat between them. This went on for quite some time.

Review 75：Second visit here in 2 months. My only gripe last time was the wifi connection kept dropping out. On this visit it was working fine this time, so I can happily say that this hotel ticks all of the boxes. Comfortable, clean, quiet and with a very good restaurant and staff throughout.

Review 76：The free internet was flakey, which was annoying as I had business to attend to. This may have been a one-off problem and would not put me off the hotel.

Review 77：The staff were excellent, coped with my arrival at 2am due to travel problems. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a great shower. From the restaurant, the steak was one of the best I have had (and I have had a few!). All in all a hotel to recommend.

Review 83：During our visit there was a wedding in the hotel, until 3 am. No option to sleep due to the loud noise (our room was 50 m away). Even though we received a rebate (again, very pleasant personnel) they shouldn't sell rooms with that noise around. After asking they replied that normally they do warn guests on forehand, but this is no option with booking.com. Please be aware!

Review 85：This is a gem of a hotel tucked away just outside Paderborn. A taxi from the hotel to the main train station at Paderborn is only 11 euros and it is close to bus routes if you prefer. If you like a quiet high quality hotel then I would thoroughly recommend it. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are of high quality. I only wish I could have stayed for longer!
