Review 1：Broadband reception was poor in my room. Normally it is good in this hotel. They do not relay the table linen in the breakfast room, so if you are there for second sitting, you have a stained table cloth. This is not what I expect from a four-star hotel. They charge €2 for parking. Why bother?

Review 6：Extremely friendly staff!!!! We arrived very late, after midnight and asked them where it could be possible to eat. As there was nothing opened, they opened restaurant for us and prepared some food, sandwitches etc. In the meantime were very sorry that our room was not ready and gave upgrated it to the superiour room. I haven't seen this attitude never in the hotels, like family house where everybody cares about your convenience and your desires. Breakfast was excellent. I was looking for something sweet, like cake or pastry..waiter asked me what I'm looking for, and immediatelly brought us 2 app;e strudels, freshly backed :) We were shocked!!! I will recommend this hotel for sure to all my friends who will pass that city in future! Thank you so much for so unique and great approach! :)

Review 7：The very small minus - they didnt have blanket for a small child, and gave us a blanket for adults and the baby cot. There reason is that most probably not too many of children stay at this spa hotel.

Review 8：Excellet hotel, extreemely clean, everything is brand new, very comfortable beds, big rooms, kind staff, good walking distances everywhere. Possibility to go to nice cities at Bavaria too as half-day trips by car. Just superb.

It was situated in very quiet locality, but the walk to thespa promenade was agreeably short.Zaměstnanci hotelu byli velmi příjemní a profesionální, jídlo bylo vynikající, pokoje nové a pěkně zařízené. Přestože hotel je na klidném místě na okraji města, procházka do centra netrvala dlouho.
