Review 1：We loved the warm and friendly welcome, even though we were early we were allowed to check in. They made special arrangements for us to have an early breakfast to leave in time to catch our train. The dinner we had there was superb.
Review 2：Could not access internet in the room. But had no problem in hotel's dining room.

Review 5：Really good base for Black Forest B500 road. Excellent evening meal and breakfast, fantastic chef. Room was a little bit dated but very clean and functional. A garage available for motorbike. Will definitely stay again.

Review 11：What a great place! The rooms were comfortable and very clean. One morning when there were many guests, the breakfast was served buffet style but with prepared to order eggs. Another morning there were only a couple of tables for breakfast, each set with a full menu of items, except again for the eggs which were prepared to order. Generous quantities of traditional German breakfast foods, wonderful coffee! The hosts were friendly, helpful, non intrusive. We ate dinner two nights in the restaurant. Delicious! Delicious! HIGHLY recommend!

Review 14：The only minus was the location on a very busy main road, surrounded by construction sites and small factories. But the B500 road is famous with bikers, so is a bonus for many! We did not realise this when we booked, the photo makes it look idyllic and rural!
Review 15：Brilliant staff, friendly and efficient. Lovely room, fortunately further back from the main road, so the view wasn't too bad. Room and bathroom spotless and comfortable so we didn't mind the 70s decor and it was nice to have a balcony. (Somewhere to keep the milk for the morning cuppa,! as German hotels, like French, never supply tea/coffee making facilities.) bed rather hard for me. Restaurant has delicious regional food at very good prices and breakfast was very good too, with freshly cooked eggs offered. Parking good in nicely planted gardens. Location - ok we were upset to find we were on a main arterial road. The photo didn't indicate this and the map on the booking page showed it set back from a road that we didn't realise was such a major route. BUT, it was ideally placed for drives into the Black Forest proper, the amazing Open Air Museum, Wolfach etc. We would not stay again as we try to pick rural hotels, but this is an excellent place.

Review 25：Upon arrival we were greeted warmly, efficiently. The room has very nice, contemporary. Dinner there was excellent. The steak melted in your mouth, the German noodles were devine.Even though the waitress said she didn't speak English, she did well. The local area is beautiful, quiet.
