Review 1：Nothing to dislike.

Review 2：Excellent service overall. Personnel very helpful, both in hotel as well as in the restaurant. Even if we arrived very late, 10 minutes before closing, the staff was very kind and prepared a fantastic food. Wine was great too. Breakfast -impressive.

Review 3：We booked a 4 star room but we were given a room in a 3 star hotel-wing which is connected to the 4-star hotel, without being asked about it. SInce it was late we were too tired to complain. The next morning the stuff was not friendly when discussing the issue. For 3 star room, which was not the cleanest, we paid ca 20-30 € too much.

Review 4：We were there in the 'heatwave' 35 + our room 109 overlooked the outside dining area, very noisy in room till gone midnight on one occasion. Avoid a room on this side if you like to go to bed early. Rooms very quiet at night.

Review 7：I have been coming to this famuly-run hotel for 15 years and it gets better each time. It is very comfortable, it is in a quiet but easily accessible, location, the staff are friendly, it's very clean and the food is wonderful and traditional.

Review 16：Hi, I spent a night at this hotel. Everything was much more than fine! The personnel was very kind and helpful, the rooms were clean and stylish and the surroundings were quiet and nice. The brekfast was quite varried and delicious. The position of the hotel is very good, close to the highway. If I have another occasion, I will book a room here for sure!

Review 18：Very convenient for a stopover, close to the motorway and has a restaurant. room was clean and spacious with free wi-fi (little slow but free). The garage has a ceiling of 195cm which is can be challenging with a roofbox, though we could park the car in the outside parking area.

We asked if there was anything such as a sandwitch, thereceptionist made a call to the restaurant and the maître de came to thereception followed by the chef. Presented us with the menu and cooked usthe most delicious meal. Excellent service thank you to them.

Review 49：We stayed in this hotel several times over last two years, as it is convenient for an overnight stay on our regular long car trip from X to Y. We were generally satisfied on previous occasions, but we will never go back again after our last stay. The smaller issue was that though we had specifically requested a family room in the "4-star" section, we only got allocated one in the run-down part, even though the hotel was far from being fully booked when we made the reservation. What really put us off was finding all the beds covered in what looked very much like cat hair. When we removed the sheets it turned out that the mattresses were full of cat hair, too. Upon requesting new bed sheets at the reception, the person who seemed to be the manager/owner was rude and completely unhelpful and questioned the problem even though I was holding a bed sheet with a lump of hair in front of him. He reluctantly went to another room to take new sheets (and leaving the hairy one on the bed in that room) and gave ithem to me without ever saying sorry or sending someone to clean the room and change the sheets. At this point I would have normally packed up and go, but with two small kids in the (by this time late) evening this was obviously not an option. In the morning same person again did not bother to say at least a sorry. We will never return to this place.

Review 51：For a 4* hotel i would have expected to have air conditioning in the room, glasses, coffee cups and a kettle, unfortunately we didn't have any of these. Also i would have expected to see a receptionist dressed nicely not like a housekeeper and to behave nicely when told about any issues.

Review 57：The hotel was easy to reach by car. Our room had a balcony and very comfortable beds, and was clean and spacious. I am allergic to mold, so I chose this hotel because it was not in the area of Passau that floods easily and was a relatively newer building. I also appreciated the plentiful parking. The restaurant was also very pleasant. We had an excellent breakfast. We also had dinner there. The restaurant has a pleasant feel and good Bavarian food.
