Review 1：Long distance to everything. As i said it's a perfect getaway from everything else.

Review 10：Sea view room. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful at any time of the day. You can see staff putting effort to help however you can see lack of experience. So don't expect highest customer service level. Restaurants food very nice, but same applies to customer service.

Review 15：very disappointed with the swimming pool, it was much to small for the amount of young children there was. This was definitely the biggest disappointment of our holiday. there was also a lack of kitchen utiliys, and the freezer was broken. The local shop was extremely expensive

Review 23：The 2-bedroom cliff apartment has no sunbeds, while the 1-bedroom has two. It was not possible to have some put on our terrace when we asked for it. It gets extremely hot on the terrace and an umbrella would be a great idea. At about 2 pm there is natural shade. The shop has too few choices and is too expensive. Better to bring your own stuff. The restaurants are ok, but not great and a bit expensive. Internet sometimes unacceptably slow, but we weren't charged when we reported the problem.

Review 24：We stayed in a cliff apartment and here the location is breath-taking. You can't get closer to the ocean anywhere. When you like to listen to the waves, then it is simply perfect. Staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. There is a nice sandy beach about 2 km away. Car is needed to get there. Breakfast is good. Very nice pool although a bit small for swimmers.

Review 25：Very hilly complex - this is not an issue for us so did not affect our stay but I imagine if you are elderly or not very mobile this is not the place for you.

Review 26：Only a 40 minute drive from the airport - perfect long weekend getaway. We were here early September so lovely and hot. Great little pool to relax by with bar. Friendly staff. A small selection of restaurants all on site - perfect. Also a little shop on site. You don't have to go anywhere if all you want is a few days relaxing in the sun. Pretty & Stylish complex. We were surprised that there was a kids club and entertainment, that was a nice bonus. You need a car to explore the area but you could taxi there and never leave as it's very relaxing and has a few restaurants to choose from. Sea view was great!

Spa facilities were basic - no dressing gowns or slippers provided, nowhere to sit and relax, no toiletries other than soap dispenser. Impossible to wear any form of heels due to the cobbled paths and very steep hills around the complex. No English TV channels. Supermarket very limited selection although owner extremely pleasant.

Review 69：Ideal for a quiet holiday or a base for travelling to other places. A car is a must as it is nearly 2 miles to the train station and the bus service is very limited. Very scenic. Staff at reception were very helpful.

Review 83：We had no view from our balcony due to overgrown plants and trees. The pool area has become far to busy, it only has a small pool and is busy all day with children, the bathing area is very shaded by over grown trees.

Review 84：We stayed here three years ago on our honeymoon and it was perfect. We returned this year with our teenage son and daughter (13 years). This is still a beautiful place to stay and the apartment was good, although the bathroom could do with a re-grout.

Review 85：On Fri night a noisy concert kept us awake until midnight, and on Saturday night people were shouting and singing pretty late. Kitchen was not well equipped. Spa was overpriced. Both spa and gym had musty and moldy smell.

Kitchen equipped poorly, no frying pan or a water kettle, knives so blunt that it was nearly impossible to slice anything. Thin walls so you get a lot of noise from the neighbours. We got a lot of bites overnight that looked like coming from bed bugs.

Review 101：Nice design in the apartment but not practical. Poor storage for clothes and for dishes. Far from the beach, the nice beaches are at about 6kms. Might be more suitable for families with small children as there is a pool and some activities organized .

Review 102：The internal parking garage (chargeable) can be a problem if the hotel is busy. The parking bays are too small if you have a larger car and some residents take up two spaces. The external parking area also tends to be fully occupied during the evenings.

Review 104：The room was not cleaned well during the stay. For example, towels were not replaced with clean ones. Floors were not cleaned so by the end of the stay there was a lot of dust and sand on the floor. It seemed that the only thing done by cleaning staff was making bed up and removing (not replacing with clean ones) dirty towels. We were also disappointed by the quality of the furniture and a rather lacking set of kitchen utensils. Then there is problem with noise. Noise isolation is awful. You can hear people walking on the stairs and neighbors closing doors, moving chairs. In addition to that, there are events at the hotel which run quite late into the night (up to 1am) with loud music. If you plan to rise early (doing sports or dawn photography) this is really annoying and spoils your recovery.
