Review 1：Bed was very firm. Fine for an overnight stay but hotel didn't have much character overall.

Review 2：Great location for getting around the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. A pretty basic room but did the job

Review 3：It was hard to find, the parking was not straight outside and had to go in and get a key which was 5 euros. The reception was not manned all night ao difficult if you want to pay and leave early.

Review 12：Friendly, helpful, clean and comfy, right in the center of the city, with lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Good value for the money - I would definitely stay there again!

Review 13：The shower had a suspicious looking moldy appearance. Bring your shower shoes. Or maybe I'm just too much of a clean freak.

Review 14：The staff was absolutely friendly and really cared that I was comfortable. Lovely, clean room. Bus stops at 3 locations close to the hotel and it was very quiet in the mornings and at night. FREE COFFEE in the morning right by the elevators on every floor! And it's good!

Review 15：There was nobody at the reception, and I had to wait around for 15 min. until somebody showed up. I was not able to connect to the internet at all due to the security issue their wifi presented.

Review 16：The hotel is easy to reach by bus from the main train station, if you know which bus to take. The room was tidy.

Review 17：I prefer to seep with an open window and although my room was on the 2nd floor room, it attracted traffic noise from a nearby junction. It however did not distract from the overall hotel stay experience which was otherwise excellent.

Review 71：The photo's on booking.com do not represent the rooms. The rooms we booked were very small, completely outdated. Beds were on the short side, I barely fitted in it with my 1.78m. If you are larger, you have a problem, because on both ends of the bed there are boards. I think the rooms that were photographed are rooms for the Academy also in the same building. It looks like some sort of religious centre. After 9PM there is no more staff at the front desk. The whole experience was very basic.The night before, we stayed at Suite Novotel in Hannover and for only a few euros more, that was a 3 times better experience. If you go to Paderborn and want some luxury, go to another hotel than this one.

Review 76：The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. The location is brilliant with the cathedral and town a couple of minutes walk from the front door. Free wifi all you need to do is ask reception and they give you a user name and password.

Soalthough this hotel is clean and tidy and situated in a excellentlocation...the lack of 24hr customer service/care needs to be addressed.If anything happens at night, you are on your own.....

Review 81：Very in Via Hotel was very very clean, excellent service very helpful staff and friendly too!!! It's location is a very short walk from the town!! Our room was very clean!! TV & Telephone included!! There is also a breakfast room!! And as we are smokers there is a private room with balcony for smokers!! All in all had a fantastic stay & we shall definitely be coming back to stay!! We highly recommend this Hotel X
