Reviews for Hotel Alfa
Review 1:We paid over 300 Euro/night for a simple room. It was a lot for no extras (room was fine but nothing fancy). However, we were able to walk everywhere and it was the busiest season of the year. We also had to pay for parking but our car was safe.
Review 2:We booked here for the location--walking distance to Oktoberfest fun. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was outstanding and the staff was very friendly.
Review 3:No air conditioning or fan in room. Was noisy at night with window open and still no relief from the heat.
Review 4:Close to the shopping centre; clean, nice rooms
Review 5:No lift which made it difficult to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor where our room was.
Review 6:Located close to airport which was handy as we had to return a hire car. Room was clean but furniture was old and simple. Bathroom was clean with shower over bathtub. No natural light in bathroom so a brighter light globe would have helped. Shopping centre 5 min walk from hotel.
Review 7:My room had a step up into the bathroom of about 8 inches that I stumbled on when I walked out.
Review 8:The location of the hotel is relatively close to the airport if you have a car. The rooms were clean and functional but nothing to brag about. It was a good value for the money since we needed a place to stay near the airport.
Review 9:You had to pay for wi-fi.
Review 10:The people were so nice and the rooms were absolutely spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. They were very helpful and accommodating as we checked in very late from a flight and they waited up for us.
Review 11:Wi-fi connection was quite slow.
Review 12:Nice hotel in central location of Neu-Isenburg.Renovated rooms.Free parking places - the passage to the parking places is quite narrow, but ok for a standard car. Frankfurt is close and easy to reach by car or via 10 minutes walk+15 minutes tram ride to the center. Friendly staff, good breakfeast.
Review 13:I woke up like around 9 and my electricity were off. Water was running but I couldn't turn on any of the lights.
Review 14:I love how cheap it was and the concert I went was right across the street and also the atm and the store.
Review 15:They were undergoing renovation but I exp that will be done soon. Was no-one around on Saturday morning to ask about breakfast, but they removed the breakfast charge from our room and there was a great bakery just up the street.
Review 16:Very close to huggenottenhalle which is where we were seeing a band.
Review 17:We really appreciated, that they received cats, without extra charge. There was no hot breakfast that day when we stayed, but the owner went out of his way to get some eggs to make us an omelette. Cosy breakfast room, extremely comfy bedding. All good. We would stay again, thank you.
Review 18:We arrived late but the proprietor was very nice when he let us in, handed us the key and let us get to bed. Breakfast was outstanding, and we were able to drive straight to the airport in the morning, without even getting onto the Autobahn. Great location if you're flying in or out of Frankfurt.
Review 19:Outside of building
Review 20:Friendliness of staff, breakfast, parking
Review 21:Clean and Quiet. Hosts are personable and helpful.
Review 22:Very narrow parking situation.
Review 23:Nicely furnished room for a fair price
Review 24:No lift.
Review 25:Clean, not far from the airport, Nice people running it, Breakfasts was great.
Review 26:The bed was not comfortable
Review 27:For our business purposes was OK.
Review 28:The hotel is basic , but relatively clean. The toiletries consist of a soap dispenser which contained mature soap. The car park is too small and fills up early in the day. During my stay the hotel was noisy. A minor discomfort was that my bathroom had been smoked in by the previous occupant.
Review 29:I used this hotel when the ones in Frankfurt were very expensive due to a big event in the Messe. The price and their Booking rating were my drivers to book this hotel. The continental breakfast is included.
Review 30:the stains on the carpet and walls; the room needed a serious renovation; the paintings on the wall were disturbing; the shower cubicle was really small, old and in a bad shape; the fruit salad bowl was left empty after we and several other guests arrived to breakfast. outside noise was strong because it was a front street room. no elevator.
Review 31:the beds were comfortable and very clean; the size of the room was good; the sofa was a good idea in the room, so you didn't sit all the time on your bed and the clean bed-linen. the breakfast was very good, fresh. the staff was friendly. ample parking space in the courtyard of the hotel.
Review 32:Wi-fi (was impossible to get a signal), we had room 22 on the second floor my wife had to go to the reception to get a clear signal to work. (although the manager told us we shouldn't pay for the 12 hours we used it)
Review 33:It was a mediocre hotel, nothing extraordinary but also nothing very bad about it. I would say it was all that we expected with the money we paid
Review 34:The front of the hotel is very dated and dingy looking; right on a busy street. The hotel was not as clean as we expected it to be and our apartment had an unplesant odor throughout our stay which is why we will not return to this hotel.
Review 35:The location of this hotel is good in the nice town of Neu Isenburg. There are many shops and good restaurants nearby. It is a short drive to the city of Frankfurt and the airport.
Review 36:The staff did not speak much English so communication was a bit difficult. The towels were threadbare.
Review 37:The room was very quiet despite being close to the Frankfurt airport. The staff was very accommodating and even washed some items of clothing for us. We asked for extra pillows which appeared the next day. The room was large with a mini-bar. The location was good. Near the airport and close to shops along the main road in Neu-Isenburg.
Review 38:Would have liked a better quality bathtowel and a iron facility
Review 39:Staff was very friendly, helpfull and welcoming. rooms are a good size and very clean.
Review 40:Nothing!
Review 41:Everything were good!
Review 42:Quite a long walk from the trains
Review 43:Friendly, good-sized room, quiet, easy out-of-hours access
Review 44:Needs urgent renovations. I think the room & the bathroom wereatleast 25 years old. Expensive wifi charges. Not worth at all.
Review 45:Nothing.
Review 46:Unfortunately, not all staff at the reception can speak / understand English... .
Review 47:clean and comfortable. Outstanding Fruhstuck.
Review 48:Central location Proximity to Frankfurt airport Friendly and informative staff Private off street parking
Review 49:Nice, clean and spacious room, friendly staff, 200 m from Hugenottenhalle - perfect if you are attending an event there!
Review 50:very old school
