Review 1：In the case you´re on vacations, visiting Bremerhaven for fun and without a car, then pay attention that the hotel restaurant will probably be the only option on walk distance, I guess. As well I guess there isn´t a supermarket on walk distance from hotel.

Review 2：I stayed sometimes in this hotel during business trips to Bremerhaven and region. The hotel has everything you need in this case and the room was always very, very clean.

Review 3：1. Matras was bad. 2. Comfort room was without any comfort 3. Price was too high for this room 4 reception made mistake and tried to correct that without communication or any excuse! I didn't accept!

Review 5：The staff there are very helpful and are to answer any questions at any time. The staff working in the dinning room were great and always willing to help , cold beer , add to the order, what ever was needed. I will be back next year...

Review 6：We didn't know the restaurant had closed.Also the bar was only open till 10.00 pm & not at all on Sunday.We had no TV reception one night.The worst thing was a German lady with a small child made up a sandwich at breakfast & put it in a little bag.The lady in charge of breakfast told her this was not allowed & made her leave it.I know it might have been Hotel policy but this food would then be thrown away.The lady was very embarrassed & I doubt will ever stay there again.

Review 8：We had booked the hotel because of the location - my daughter was taking part in a competition at the arena next door. On arrival we were told that various rooms were having water damage and we'll have to move to another hotel 10 min. drive away. Could have informed us earlier to give us time to book something else.

Review 9：- Pay on arrival, not on check out! - leaking WC, although refurbished! - no warm water in the evening / morning, staff didn't care >:-{ - compensation wasn't possible because I already payed (see above) - not really inviting for next visit
