Review 3：Extreme cold weather made the room challenging to get and keep warm. My sea view, across to the navy base, for which I paid a premium is largely blocked by a large tree, so I felt a little let down by this.

Review 7：room not ready at check in...ok but by 5pm still not ready, because employees didn´t show up for work...several spiders in the room...hotel needs an overhaul....shower floor mat with yellow stains...also stains on tablecloth at breakfast time...no fans or a/c in rooms...nobody at check in mentioned that there were going to be fireworks at night, and it would have been nice to have known about it to go out and see them...

Review 15：Not being able to eat in the hotel, particularly on the first night when we had travelled nearly 300 miles to get there.

The room was very poorly cleaned, the minibar was not re filled, the staff was not very helpful, nor professional, the bed sheets were not changed. The TV was quite small and only in the sitting area of the suite and the balcony had the size of a door mat. The staff was unable to sort the problems out, despite repeated queries and were in the end not even happy to reduce the price properly. I did not enjoy my stay at all and really should have checked out immediately, rather than giving chances.
