Reviews for Landart Hotel Vulkaneifel
Review 1:Although the food was very tasty, there is no flexibility in the choice of meals! As Mum had a bit of a bad tummy one evening, she was looking for something light on the menu and ordered plain tagliatelle with a bit of cheese. She was told that she should order the Tagliatelle mit Chorizo, geschmorter Paprika und würziger Tomatensauce and that chef would leave the chorizo off. Not quite what you call customer satisfaction!
Review 2:Our room was in the new residence just a few paces from the hotel. There was a small balcony. Access was very convenient for 92-year-old Mum as we could park very close to the entrace. Nice shower, comfortable beds. Very quiet!
Review 3:Wonderful place with very profesional perfect service and nice people. Very good food in a restaurant, comfortable, new rooms when you can realy rest. Beautiful region. Recommend for everybody.
Review 4:Bill was not correct (significantly higher) on check-out. However it was quickly changed.
Review 5:Very welcoming staff who are prepared to speak in English, or find someone who can, if you do not happen to speak German. Very good breakfast and a pleasant verandah for dinner. Good menu for the size of establishment.
Review 6:Lovely staff so so helpful with language difference
Review 7:Excellent modern room, balcony bathroom was good with a great shower, on-site car park.

Review 11:excellent facilities for handicapped customers
Review 12:The new constructed rooms that deliver luxury. Balcony, big flat screen TV, modern bathroom. The hotel is in de middle of a few mountain bike routes.
Review 13:The water in the shower wasn't warm, light at one bedside didn't work, the standing lamp in the room was dirty.
Review 14:The location is excellent for people who like hiking and cycling, very quiet. Dining was ok and rather cheap.
Review 15:Maintenance of bathroom installations
Review 16:Exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful staff Very fair pricing Decent clean rooms Location in center of Eifel region
Review 17:no negative remarks.
Review 18:Very kind and helpful staff. Location is somewhat difficult to reach by bike due to hilly surroundings. Staff sent free of charge clothes forgotten by my wife! Cosy Landhaus with typical German atmosphere. Very pleasant stay.
Review 19:Very good Gasthof, great rooms in a modern building built on to the old house. Great breakfast buffet and the chef (for dinner) is fantastic. The Gasthof is not in Daun proper, but in a tiny village 5 km from Daun. They seem to be the only business there.
Review 20:I would have preferred crisp white linen bedding, which gives a fresh, clean feel compared to the dark colours provided.
Review 21:The location was convenient with many attractions easily reached by car or bicycle. As far as I am aware all rooms have a balcony with great views. There are many well kept cycleways nearby and the hotel was very accommodating to store bikes securely. There is plenty of free parking too.
Review 22:Hotel is undergoing expansion, with consequent noise from builders. Menu with fairly limited choice ( gut bürgerliche Küche).
Review 23:Location
Review 24:We stayed at three different Hotels during our visit, this was the best and the most inexpensive.
Review 25:natural attractions closeby
Review 26:Excellent accomadation, fantastic food and drink, great value.
