Review 1：No flat TV in the room, although it was advertised. For the purpose of our stay that didn't play any role, because we literally only slept there, but it shouldn't be advertised if it's not true.

Review 6：Two rooms could not be heated as wished. Twice a man went to adjust thesystem but in vain. The explanation as to how to set/use the safe wasgiven only in German and Italian, thus resulting in a blockage. A manhad to come to put it to be in a beginning position. They did not use itat the end. For Booking.com: If you put this hotel in your list, I wouldsuggest that you make sure that at least any information be provided inEnglish. And the cancellation condition, I feel, is not in line with theInternational regulation (please examine) and the payment should pleasebe made possible by credit cards. This also concerns the Booking.comApart from all those mentioned above, I would recommend the hotel tothose who could accept the above. The location of the hotel was notclearly indicated: it is situated in Vordersee, on the Hinterseerstraße.And it is not on the lake Hintersee as the brief map indicates, it islocated before you at all reach the lake.
