Centrally located in Františkovy Lázně, Hotel Reza is 800 feet away from the Spa Colonnade and provides guests drinking water from its own spring, Erika. This 180-year-old hotel in typical Art-Nouveau spa-town style is a few minutes from the business centre of Cheb.
Apart from nicely furnished rooms and an inviting restaurant, the Reza features a rehabilitation swimming pool, a sauna, salt cave and a spa centre providing a wide range of procedures.
An in-house hairdresser and pedicure services are available as well. Starting from summer 2013, guests can enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool with terrace and sun beds.

Review 1：Breakfast is not great, coffee is terrible, if you want an espresso or cappuccino you have to pay extra and quite a bit. Parking also costs extra, although not much.

Review 14：One thing to remember here is you need to have a basic understanding ofGerman to get around the city. The rooms are sparse but serve afunction of basically resting if your iternerary when you are therekeeps you active.

Review 15：I liked the overall atmosphere of the city. It is a place to go andrelax away from the city life while still having conveniences of thecity. It has a nice indoor and outdoor pool and the prices foreverything are reasonable compared to other parts of the czech republic.The aquaform in Frantiskovy Lazne is highlight no one should miss.Public transportation is close and gets to other parts of the czechrepublic at reasonable costs compared to the cost of public transportionin the usa.

Review 18：Thank you for your feedback, but it is not accurate: First, I didn'thave a 'special request' to have a double room, but it was a simplereservation for 'double room'. If I wanted to sleep in a twin room, Iwould have chosen it specifically. Secondly, the hotel didn't prepareany double room for us, they simply moved the two singly bed close toeach other, but it was the same room with the same beds, and obviouslynot prepare in a way that will be a regular 'double bed'. From aconversation I had with you representative named 'Marcus' he promisedme a suitable compensation, as it is clear I reserved a double room butgot something else. I would appreciate your check with the Hotel andfurther feedback.
