Review 1：Noisey street , no air conditioning , so Windows needed to be open for air. A very busy breakfast room requiring the sharing of tables.

Review 2：Large room, lovely staff, comfortable bar area. Off street car parking .

Review 3：Staff was not helpful. Internet was not reliable. Kept getting kicked off and would have difficulty logging in. Beds were uncomfortable. Rooms had no control over temperature and our room was hot. The provided us with fans. Not a good solution.

Review 5：However, it is a very busy street at night and there is too much noise to ever get a good sleep. Also there is no a/c and it is very hot in the rooms. You have no option but to keep windows all night long and hence suffer the noise made by bypassers. Stuff was offensive at times: we took a spoon to feed our baby and as we were walking out of the hotel to get into the car the rushed towards us to get the spoon as if we had an intention to steal it. This was rather abrupt, if you also consider that we were a big group and had booked 4 rooms.

Review 8：The restaurant was very good- a pretty wide selection for breakfast in the morning and in the evening the staff were prepared to make a special meal off-menu for one of our fussy kids. The hotel offered an air-conditioning unit for when it was too hot, the room was large and even though our booking was wrong we were given another bed for our stay anyway. Nice location too- right by Passau. The wifi worked perfectly.

Review 64：The car parking is an offence to the guests. If you do not have a Fiat 500 or a VW Polo you should not go there. The entrance is so narrow that you can see on the wall differen colours of the hotel's guests cars who scratched their cars on the stupid narrow parking walls.

Review 79：The friendliness of the staff puts this hotel ahead of the rest. We were there during a busy time, but felt like we were being treated like special guests. The staff is multi-lingual and anxious to help. The environment made for a great family weekend. We ate one dinner meal in the restaurant and found the food and service to be exceptional. The room was clean and spacious. We were also there during a couple hot days and thought the room stayed very comfortable.
