Review 1：difficult to communicatie in english or german, other than the standaard greetings etc.

Review 3：The Car park was difficult to access and sometimes full, you have to then pay to park in the square.

Review 4：The location was good as it was close to the Old Town centre, some good restaurants and bars.

Review 5：The double bed was two singles together , and some better pillows would have been nice. Breaksat was a bit strange with a mix of free items and ala acrte items at an extra fee. Never experienced this at a hotel before.

Review 13：The underground garage is really narrow and small, for unexperienceddrivers may be considered as a trap with a lot of places dangerous.The price for this parking space is high when considering comfort(100czk per day). If you are a begginer in driving, you should thinkabout parking at Marianske namesti, which is located at most 100m fromthe hotel.

Review 29：The music at the birthday party got a little loud later in the evening, but the fact it was mainly Oldies made it more tolerable, though it would have been better if it were a little less loud.However,the party ended a little after midnight, so it was really no big deal.If it had been hip hop or techno and lasted longer it would have been far worse!

Review 30：The hotel is in a great location and was a very comfortable place to stay.The staff were very kind and friendly and made an excellent recommendation for a restaurant around the corner(Rotter), since the hotel restaurant was reserved for a private birthday party.
