Review 1：Although it cost additional, the breakfast buffet was a real treat and excellent value for money. A request for separate beds was met in the form of a room with an upper and a lower berth- quirky and fun! The town is great for a quick stay to soak up its old-timey, maritime atmosphere.

Review 2：What a wonderful hotel! The hotel is located less than 5mins walking distance to the old town and port. the hotel and rooms are very nicely decorated with a sea style touch. There seems to be so much effort and attention to details put into this hotel and it really pays off! Very cosy, great breakfast buffet and lovely staff!

Review 7：We had a fantastic time at the Hotel Lili Marleen. And I would strongly recommend it to anyone. You simply can't compare the experience to staying here to a 'brand hotel'. Tim was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, and couldn't have done anything more for us. The advice he gave us on where to eat and what to see during our brief stay in Travemunde was really helpful. We simply wouldn't have found the hidden gems without his insight. We stayed in one of the apartments which was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. And the gardens were great for everyone. As for breakfast... wow! Make sure you book breakfast. You won't be disappointed.

Review 20：The stairs were a bit steep for loft bedrooms upstairs (almost like a ladder). I just made sure children walked down backwards and held on to rail (7,9,13 yo). Extra bed for 7yo was easily provided by host. Actual check-in time was later than we expected, but our early arrival was accomodated.

Review 21：Great kitchen facilities and very close to supermarket (really easy walking distance). Lovely back garden for children to play with sandpit and hammock. Very large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Really comfortable bed in main bedroom! Lots of pillows. Very clean apartment. Friendly host that made us feel welcome. Enjoyed our stay in cottage with a garden view. Would stay again if we were to holiday in Germany. Recommend.

Review 24：Our visit to Lili Marleen was the last stay of our Honeymoon trip. We've been to many nice Hotels before, but none even remotely reached the charm of this place. The whole interior has been put together with so much care, the host was very friendly and helpful. Location, food, everything was simply perfect. This time we've only been there for one night, but we are certain we will go back to Travemünde just so we can stay in this Hotel again. A perfect ending for our trip - thank you very much!
