Review 1：Had to pay extra for parking on the street. No hot water. Dismal restaurant.

Review 3：We had not realised that the reception was only open for two hours in the morning and two in the afternoon and that we should have rung to let them know. The proprietor had to come in y bicycle to let us in. If the phone had run out of power we would have been in trouble.

Review 6：Lovely historic building in the heart of Naumburg. Great continental breakfast with freshly baked buns and friendly staff. Lovely landlord who has been resident in Naumburg for many years and is more than happy to fill you in on some background knowledge over breakfast. Our room was big and bright with comfy beds.
Review 7：Although we notified the owner about our arrival time in advance, when we arrived at 4.15 pm the hotel was closed. One notice on the door said that the reception was open till 5, another said it was open till 4. We called the owner several times on the telephone numbers given in the notices, but there was no answer. To make things worse, it was cold and rainy. Finally, we called the owners of the adjacent Toscana restaurant, which was also closed. They tried to get in touch with the hotel owner but did not succeed so, they came and opened the hotel for us. The man was rude and wanted to charge us more than the price set on booking.com. We were left at the hotel alone with no stuff. The next day no one turnud up either. Nobody called us, nobody apologized to us.
