Review 1：Nice, quiet location. Friendly, helpful staff. Good size room, modern, tastefully decorated, great layout to maximise space. Large, comfortable bed. Safe can accommodate a laptop. Homemade chocolates were awesome.
Review 2：I liked the receptionist that worked at night was wonderful..gentleman was very polite and friendly . But the girl in the morning was terrible and unfriendly. Over all, very nice hotel and will definitely come back.

Review 6：Friendly, family-run hotel with its own chocolate and cake shop. Fabulous food, comfortable rooms, great pool and sauna and approx. 15 mins into Frankfurt on the train. You can walk to the station along the path through the woods in ten minutes.
Review 7：The location isn't the best as it isn't very close to the airport and it isn't the best for sightseeing either. It is definitely not a bad location either.

Review 10：we have booked A/C rooms as advertized on Booking.com but once we arrived we were told that there is no A/C in the category booked for, so we had to spend an extremelly uncomfortable night with open windows while the traffic on the street and in the air was crazy. Missadvertizement led me to believe that A/C was available when iot was not.

Review 12：Space ergonomics. All objects are displayed very unconventional, but they create a lot of free space and everything you need is easy to access.
Review 13：Nice hotel, but was pretty uncomfortable during the hot summer nights last week. They do not provide any fans in the rooms (no aircon) and the hotel is located directly under the landing approach to the Frankfurt airport, making it quite difficult to sleep with the windows open.

Review 17：We had a king-size bed with a blanket that was no wider than the mattress. When my husband turned around, my side of the blanket slipped away, and I was cold. Ask for a second blanket (as is customary in Germany), or one that overhangs the bed.

Review 27：The room I got 309 was over a heat oven ı guess, the floor was very warm. ıf the wetter were warmer, ı would have had a sleepless night. When I mentioned this to the reception, I was told that therefore there was a A/C there. I found this reply very non professional.

Review 48：as sais previously, it looks like the hotel would need more staff - especially eg. breakfast staff. It happened to me that I came for breakfast, almost all the tables were free, but the used dishes were still on all the tables and so it was tough to find a place. I would also appreciate to have bath robes at the rooms - especially if guests are accommodated in the separate building and need to walk outdoor to get to the swimming pool. The last little thing - dirty furniture at the terrace. It looks like noone washes those, old cigarettes are still there etc.

Great location - convenient to my Business purposes, and I also apreciate the forest next to the hotel. Great swimming pool. Nice people, but it seems like there should be more staff. Nice homy atmosphere. Great chocolates :)
Review 50：Well it's Frankfurt. The airport is pretty close, so you have a lot of plane flying over the hotel space which means: To sleep quiet you have to close the windows. No fresh air but at least no disturbing noise.
