Review 1：Double booking by Booking.com for nights of the 20th and 21st Oct plus a booking for the previous week which I had made by mistake and cancelled in September when the booking was made. At the hotel we were greeted with the news that they were not charging us for the previous week's booking but that we would have to pay twice for our current stay. Fortunately we both speak German. It was an extremely upsetting experience and I am still not clear reading your noshow e-mail whether YOU have in fact charged us for the earlier booking. We had stayed 3 nights in Wurzburg, and the previous night in Eisenach.
