Review 4：Very helpful staff. My wife and I were there for our 30'th anniversary and they helped me arrange a surprise bouquet for her at breakfast. In the afternoon, I was surprised when they delivered champagne to our room.

Review 7：Wow everything. What a place, beautiful and relaxed with every facility you could think of. Even has its own orchard and distillery and wet wipes in toilet! Outdoor pool, skittles, bikes, wooded walks, maps, gym..I could go on and on. Even free gift when u leave. Also very good cheap bus service to town which only takes 15 mins.

Review 8：1. Shower/bath combination was very slippery even though non-slip pads were added at head of bath tub. Folding wall panel for shower had apparently already been used once to break a fall as a repair was obvious at the top hinge (wall tile was broken at top hinge). 2. The freibad information at the entrance to that area was not clear. It needs to be clearly stated that the freibad facilities (shower area , whirlpool, etc.), are as for use by both men and women who will in the nude in the freibad.

Review 9：Very large room with comfortable bed. The whirlpool area is very nicely decorated and very relaxing.
