Review 3：The location is excellent, right on the Danube and within easy walking distance of all the town's sights. The hotel is well maintained and offers a great breakfast. The personnel is very friendly and accommodating. All in all a very good experience.

Review 14：The location was fabulous! We went for the opening of the Christmas market and were not disappointed. Our room did not have much of a view, but was large, the beds fantastically comfortable, and breakfast was s large selection.

Review 18：Location excellent: midway between the rail station and the "3-river confluence". The hotel is built into the bank of the Danube, and has a lift which allows exit both at the upper town centre and the lower Danube promenade with the boat stations within a hundred yards or so. We asked and got a room with a nice view over the Danube. The buffet breakfast was included in the price, and was of equally good quality and variety to other similarly priced hotels in which we stayed during our Bavaria trip.

Review 22：The location for travelers joining or leaving a river cruse was very good. You can walk to most of the boats. They had a good breakfast with lots of variety. The staff transported our luggage to the boat for us and let us use the lobby for the wifi and bathroom even though we had checked out.

Review 23：Wifi didn't work in our room as the signal was too weak. However we were able to use it in the reception area which was very comfortable.

Review 24：The afternoon shift staff person was exceptionally helpful and had very good English. The room was a good size as was the bathroom and was one of the few places in Bavaria we have stayed with a fridge and safe. We also enjoyed the reception area which had a bar and sitting area which was a very relaxing way to end the day.

This was especially a concern when i booked because it was almost 40C that day, but luckily they had 2 rooms with airco. The hotel itself is pretty cool though, but just a heads up

Review 30：Beatiful hotel with helpful, english speaking staff. Donau-view. Very conveniently located: via the hotel elevator you can reach the old city in 1 minute. Exceptionally clean, large rooms. Breakfast was excellent, served from 7 am Parking is right in front of the hotel, and free. This will be our hotel in future trips to Passau for sure!

Review 31：Wifi signal is weak. There is an air conditioner, but the room structure is strange, so only be cool in the bathroom, and sleeping room is really hot.

Review 42：Our room had a window that overlooked the terrace but there were bushes that had been allowed to grow over the window so the room was quite dark. The Wifi did not work in the room so you had to go to the lobby which is really not acceptable in a hotel in this price range.

Review 46：Everything. The room was brilliant, loved the different design of the beds. Location was perfect, you could watch everything go by on the river. The sauna was an added bonus. The breakfast was great. A delightful stay, we would come again.

Review 53：The hotel was very well located next to the old town. We were able to walk from the train station to the hotel, and also access the sites of the city and restaurants on foot from the hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety, and was included in the price, which made the hotel rate very good value for money.

Review 54：Parking cost 10 Euros per day in the garage. We also paid 30 Euros to have one load of laundry washed. We didn't notice the amount until after we checked out and left. Perhaps this was mistake (or not), but we thought this was very high. If you have laundry done here, double check the price first.

Review 55：We stayed two nights here in December. Location was excellent and we had a lovely room overlooking the Danube River. Right in the old town and walking distance to all the historic sights. The room was clean and quiet at night. There was traffic noise during the day, but okay at night. The breakfast was included in the price and was quite extensive and good. WIFI was free and worked well. Parking was onsite in a covered garage.

The hotel was very welcoming with beautiful decor and was extremely clean and well presented. Our room was excellent with the most amazing view across the Danube, with its river traffic down to the river Ill to the right. Breakfast was very good with a superb array of choices. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
