Review 5：Hotel was grimy and dingy. Felt dirty and half expected to find cockroaches in the room and corridors. Insufficient lifts and seem to work intermittently. Had to lug cases down 17 floors-worth of stairs.

Review 16：We stayed here for a night before going to Amsterdam. The highway and airport is close and visiting Frankfurt will take about 15 min. driving. The room was comfortable. We even got superior room for a standard room price. The view on 18th floor was nice. The room was clean, comfortable bed, very spacious, WiFi worked ok. The staff was helpful. The parking cost 8 eur per day very close to hotel. Everything was ok and for that price I could only highly recommended this hotel.

Review 17：Lack of air conditioning, horrible breakfast , dirty and worn down restaurant. It looks more like a hotel for factory workers than an allegedly 4 star hotel!

The double bed was amazingly comfortable butI'm not a fan of the two separate quilts on a double bed. Also therewere a few small stains on the side of the bed/mattress. Review 119：The internet is crap although free, you have to stand by the door for a good signal. No mini bars in the room. No complimentary drinking water in the rooms except one small bottle of mineral water. The restaurant seems closed most of the time and when open appears under staffed so dont bother ordering. No bell boys at all.
