Review 1：Street noise. Around the clock traffic.

Review 2：Directly beside a major street / motorway so the nights were very noisy for rooms facing the street. For rooms facing the courtyard / away from the street the noise seemed much much reduced.

Review 3：. Lack of minibar in the room. . Now they have started to charge you 2 euro for the use of the slippers in the spa area. . Bike rental costs 10 euro/day.

Review 4：. The spa is the best thing of this hotel, with a great relax area (no reading allowed) and the different sauna styles. Now they are requesting users to go naked (it was not like that before) . Together with the spa, the restaurant is also perfect. If you like pork and mushrooms, try the item no. 1084, a Swabish dish (from the area). White wine there is also better than red. . Wifi worked ok. . The breakfast is very good. . Welcome drink offered. . parking is free of charge.

Review 5：Beautiful hotel, great spa, lovely rooms. Fantastic spot and really quiet and enjoyable. The only negative was really really slow service in the restaurant as they are understaffed. Food is good, but takes forever to have someone come around.

Review 6：The staff at this hotel is amazing and very friendly. Go above and beyond for their customers. Rooms are comfortable and exceptionally clean. Win win. Some of the fixtures are a little out dated but the other amenities cancel out any negative opinions. The restaurant on site is delicious. Food and service were fantastic. We stayed during a heatwave and the AC in the rooms was much appreciated. Delicious full breakfast. We stopped last minute and I will recommend this place to others in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Very large breakfast room with additional conservatory sort of addition and if you are lucky you can get a table outside. Good choice of food. Extremely efficient staff. Table cleared immediately even though the hotel was very busy. The pool was gorgeous the warmest I have been in for many a year and lovely spa area. We did not eat there but the restaurant menu looked vey good and at a reasonable price. Would love to return. Would advise anyone with difficulty with stairs to request main building as the lift in the other building does not go to the bedroom landings. Library room but not many books in English so we left one!
