Review 1：only complaint was the wifi signal wasn't very strong!

Review 2：just stayed for a night so wasn't expecting much! the room even though a side room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent!

Review 3：Our room was spacious with a lovely view overlooking the River Traun. The bed and shower were good and the windows could be opened for fresh air. The breakfast was good. There is a supermarket very close. There was no noise from neighbouring rooms. A kettle was supplied. It is centrally located for access to all the sites. The restaurant is excellent.

Review 4：No communication between reception and housekeeping staff. Vinegary towels. Unable to lie in because of the noise through the wall. And personally, the carpet floor.

Review 6：No toiletiersYou should climb by the fire escape stairs to the luxe rooms (carrying your own luggage as there is no luggage service!). There’s no valet parking either. Plus the parking lot is too small and there are usually no places to park your car.Only bedroom is air conditioned, other rooms and the bathroom are boiling hot (because it’s the roof level and the ceiling is partly made of glass).Rooms are designed poorly and tasteless, planning is very weird (there are two rooms connected by the bathroom with the toilet right in the middle - so if you’re trying to go from the bedroom to the sitting area you might actually get in the way of someone in the bathroom - and the bathroom doors can’t be closed from within).We were unhappy with this hotel and we tried to ask the manager if we could reduce our stay without penalties but the manager (he introduced himself as “the chef”) was immediately rude to us, saying: “What do you want me to do? Our hotel is very good and if it's hot, just close the curtains”.I understand that some hotels have non-refund policy, but there’s no crime in kindly asking for the solution if you really don’t like the place and there’s absolutely no reason to be rude and arrogant.Also there was a very ugly incident in the restaurant. There was information on the web-site that the hotel restaurant is open until 11 PM, but warm food is available until 10 PM. It was 10:15 PM, I was hungry and I went to the restaurant to see if I can maybe get some salad and drinks. The restaurant stuff were extremely rude, they told me that they were already closed and that I was stupid and didn’t know how to read.

It is located in the city center, close to the thermal bath and the view is great (we had a room in one of the upper floors; when booking a room at this hotel, make sure to ask for that as well!) Staff is friendly and helpful, the services provided by the hotel are excellent.

Review 19：The double room we got was very large with a stunning view of the river. The hotel can't be located in. Better place: Just across the street from the famous Zauner Cafe, few minutes walk from the Eurothermen Resort and the few (but good) restaurants in town - including of course the v hotel's restaurant. The room was very clean, and the bed was very convenient.

Review 20：The hotel has 17 parking places which is very few for the 55 rooms. If you parking on the steet (not in the hotel), you have to pay for the parking from 8.30 to 18.30.

Review 21：The junior suite was very comfortable, and it had many windows and nice view to the river. The hotel is in the city center, so it has a lot of walking opportunities. Everything is close to the hotel. The staff was very kindly and polite. The breakfast was great. I recommend this hotel!

Review 59：My girlfriend and I received a nice size room after some room category confusion upon check in. No Air Con and Wi-Fi was really slow and intermittent. Very annoying. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection. Situated in a nice area of the town. Bad Ischl is a good base to go and see the lakes if you have a car or other transport. St. Wolfgang lake is nice and you must take the train up top (35 minutes one way). Also Hallstatt is very pretty with nice town on the lake. There is also a salt mine which is supposed to be good but we didn't have time to see it. Great part of the world that is a must see.
