Review 1：Very poor apartment in the first night (not even close to the picture of the hotel website). Not only old but dirty and without the offered and paid for standard. After complaining we received a better apartment. Still old and you can tell (by the looks) heavily used but much more comfortable then the one before. Considering the price of estimated 160€ per night it was not worth the money. They cleaning ladies, unfortunately, didn't show up the whole time. Not even toilet paper was refilled. Not what you would expect from a 4 star facility. The apartment didn't hold chairs or tables (for nappy change) for very little children. I informed the hotel in writing before arriving that our son is not even two years old and would have expected that the "family spa resort" will provide the necessary equipment which they didn't. The spa and the whole area (e.g. Playgrounds) is not made for children under the age of 3. You can consider really using the offers if your children have that age. Was ok to stay after all but we will not return and I can not recommend these apartments to others.

Review 3：Bus service was only two times a day at 7 am (too early) and at 2:30 pm, which was too late for day activities. Confusion with the apartment numbers. In the card there were four digits but actually in the house only three digits. So it took us extra time to find our apartment. More information from the reception would have been useful.

Review 4：Lots of space and a beautiful spot. Jasmund Therme was ideal for family activities. Anna was great with her massage.

Review 6：Facilities such as the pool and tennis courts are excellent and very clean. Apartments are big, very quiet, good parking, close drive into town for supermarkets.

Review 7：Apartments are outdated, interior of 90-ies, not that clean as you would expect in Germany. Bed is old and overused. Location - in the middle of nowhere. No free wi-fi. Food at pool bar is terrible.

Review 8：Concept of the hotel is ok. Nice swimming pool, indoor and outdoor. Welcoming staff. Good place for travellers with car. Inexpensive. Overall it's pretty ok option for budget family tourists who do not care too much about interrior.

Review 9：Wifi signal was not the best, however staff already informed us at check-in time, however we didn't need the internet at all as we wanted to enjoy the landscape and the lovely location.

Review 11：We had no wifi, as the signal did not reach our apartment. The staff said there was nothing they could do about it, although on our reservation, wifi was guaranteed. The resort is a bit isolated, so you have to drive at least 20 minutes to get to any points of interest on the island.

Review 12：We received a free toy for our daughter and son upon arrival, and really enjoyed the swimming pool, petting zoo and kid area. There is a lot of space and play grounds on the premises. The staff was very friendly.

Review 15：the second bedroom in the apartment was not much bigger than a closet and had no heating so was too cold for our kids to sleep in, the wifi was shocking, it would work for about 20 seconds and then cut out, overall it was worth it but I would take the one bedroom apartment if i was to go back.
