Review 1：It seemed there are two buildings. one with the reception and restaurant and another with fitness room and sauna. i got one room in the second building. everything was old and the carpet was dirty. room's door is not sound insulated and voice of other people in the corridor woke me up. they charged me 6 euro for parking but the park place was in the street.

Review 2：We did not like the fact that we have arrive at 23:05 at night and the hotel was closed so we have to sleep in the car the first night. Bad experience with the staff because she was suppose to be there waiting for us and we called in advance to let them know that we where arriving beetwen 23/24 and she lied to all her colleague by saying that she was there till 24:30 but was not the truth.

Review 5：The room was full of dust. The hotel is not in the first lake line so I doubt that there are rooms with lake view, at least not directly. They should change their hotel description.

Review 7：The old rooms are okay and spacious but dull. Just move to the Lakeside rooms as I did. The highly regarded restaurant was closed for 2 weeks but Felders underneath the Lakeside rooms is excellent.

Review 19：No hotel parking - you have to drag your luggage to the rooms from the parking garage. The hotel has two separate buildings, and we ended up in the one behind the reception. The room was big and comfortable, the design was very modern and we slept well except for the noise of the people outside in the shopping area. The staff was somewhat grudging about almost everything I asked, and in two days of preparation for the trip, I never managed to get the front desk on the phone.... The bad - The room was too hot with no way of cooling without all the windows open. Water pressure in the shower was marginal and noise in the hall was quite bothersome at times.

Review 23：Car park away from hotel. Our room was overlooked by offices. No more than 20 metre's away. Which meant curtains closed all day. Very intrusive. Car park in multi storey and charged for.

Review 25：Unfortunately the pictures of the hotel are not showing the reality (I strongly recommend to the hotel administration to take new pictures). In reality the hotel is separated into three buildings. The building which is closest to the lake (probably the newest building) the main buidling and a building behind the main building. We had two rooms in the building behind the main building. After arriving I realised we just booked the "standard-rooms", however during the booking process no other room was available (probably they were booked already), but the pictures for the standard rooms looked nice, so I decided to book it. Arriving in the room I realised that reality is different... the bathroom was a shock for me... there was a lot of black funghi between the tiles in the shower, water came off everywhere from the shower head but just not where it should come off. The shower curtain was too short and seriously I felt like in a pond after leaving the shower. I already stayed in similar hotels and seriously I am usually not that picky to complain about small issues, however what I didn't like is that a 4 star hotel, where the room indeed was NO bargain, offers quality to a guest which i have seen ways better in 2 star hotels!

Review 26：Location is amazing. The hotel is positioned directly in the center, close to the lake, restaurants, shops and public transport. You are not allowed to park your car in this pedestrian zone, however the hotel has an agreement with the parking house which is quiet close. For loading and unloading your luggage you are allowed to drive into.

Review 29：The room was not to standard. The shower curtain only went three quarters of the way around the tub. Not matter what you did there was water over the floor. The second thing was the restaurant evening personnel was unfriendly and not very helpful.

Review 31：A 2 star at best; think motel rather than hotel. Carpeting was stained both in the room and the entire hallway (4th floor annex building). Mold in between the tiles of the shower which can easily be cleaned with a little bleach. Bed was so hard I think I could have slept on the floor and been more comfortable except the carpet was so stained I didn't want to remove my shoes. Our room was non-smoking, but other rooms on our floor were not and we smelled their smoke. Located in the middle of shops; look out your window at the pedestrian street.

There is no lift for 3 floors, there are no wheelchair ramps, nor is any porterage offered to assist customers up steep flights of somewhat narrow and winding steps with their baggage. You should make this very clear to potential customers in your advertising material.

Review 119：1. The cafeteria and reception are located in different places from the hotel. So to have breakfast you have to go outside and cross the street, which is not so convenient. 2. Wi-fi is very weak and the password they give is only valid for 24h. So every morning you have to go to the reception, located on the next street to ask for a new password. They don't have their own LAN, they rent the hotspots from some providers. It is weak and it is virtually impossible to use Skype. 3. The cleaning women look sullen, they never smile or say "Hello" to you. 4. The hotel doesn't have its own parking place as they declared. They rent the parkings of the commercial centre EDEKA, 500m from the hotel. And the hotel is in the pedestrian zone, so you have carry your suitcases through the town to your car. 5. For sure for such a high price you can find a much better hotel nearby.

The WiFi is terrible - poor reception & free for only 6 hours. The hotel must have their own WiFi or Lan connection and should be free to guest for the whole day. Consider King/Queen size bed instead of joining two single beds. Maybe consider providing bathrobe.
