Review 1：enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel with lovely views of casino and park, and with spacious and very well-kept rooms. staff were most helpful and friendly and we were able to have the delicious buffet breakfast until 11 am.
Review 2：Disappointed by having to pay for coffee/tea making in room, felt this should have been gratis. Room had remnants of previous occupant. Rooms were very cold and only slightly warmer when requested heating to be turned on.

Review 8：A pool would have been nice ... And it would have been good if the staff had been better informed about town offerings (e.g. the Roemerbad was closed for renovation, but the staff didn't mention this when we enquired about the spas, and only found out after we'd made the trip out.)

Review 42：The staff was very friendly and helpful (especially the desk). The hotel has good location (few minutes to walk to the center of the city, thermes and opposite to casino & kurpark). Tastes are different, but we liked very much evening dinners at the hotel restaurant comparing to the rest of restaurants in the town (though almost at all other cafes the food & wine was quite good).
