Review 1：Walls are paper thin. Could hear my next door neighbour on the phone for a couple of hours. Could even hear his partner talking on the other end of the phone

Review 10：A toilet in the room has broken after one use, floor was covered by water. They have offered another room but smaller. It is a very basic hotel. I don't know why it's called B&B. Breakfast is not included in the price.

Review 13：We liked beds and the room in general. It is a budget hotel with everything you might need for a short stay. Close to the motorway so a perfect choice as a stop on a long journey.

Review 14：Sat nav took as to the back of the hotel so I went in to ask where topark and check in... The guy running the till and reception at the sametime was visibly stressed and just mumbled the directions and wasoverall horrible... Getting to the room after almost 15 hours drive.About to take the shower just to find out that there was no hair dryer.I called reception and was told that none are available until nextmorning! I went down to the guy (called Thomas) and he was rude,unhelful and gave me the looks like why I am bothering him... He saidthat there is only one hairdryer in the hotel and it is with somebodynow... I think he couldn't be bothered to go and bring one for me. Isaid that I want to speak to the manager or someone higher and hesweared to him self (I understand german) and told me that he will tryto look and bring one to the room. Which he did in about 20 min. Wi-fiwasn't conecting, plus you need to provide your mobile number inorder to receive authorisation code - this is normally chargeable byyour network provider. On arrival I asked to book the breakfast andwasn't given any options even though there are 2. Been given basicbreakfast option. In the morning the breakfast bar was full of people(not hotel guests) and not much choice for basic option. Bread rollswere gone and nobody replaced them.... Not a single leaf of salad orfruit available. There where some bananas but we were told we have topay extra Overall very horrible experience and I would never recommendthis place to anybody else.

Review 16：Address provided was incorrect and spent 1 hour trying to find the location late at night. The location on Google is not as stated and this needs to be corrected for other clients. It is in the direction of Dortmund.

Review 22：no check-in from the parking side, had to go around the building to check in at the restaurant. This was our second time at this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Review 28：On arrival we had to wait some 15 minutes to be seen by the girl who was checking guests in, whilst also serving food in the motorway services cafeteria. (Whilst waiting, I saw a potential customer walking around the serving area carrying a dog, a clear breach of hygiene in the presence of food, though in view of the incredibly low staff ratios obviously any rules there are unenforceable.) Eventually we were allocated two rooms and asked to pay in advance. However it took three further visits back to the 'Reception', before we actually got the rooms we required, 1 x double room and 1 x family room, with working key codes. One of the rooms we were eventually given was one we'd been told a few minutes earlier was not available to us as it was still being cleaned! Shades of Basil Fawlty but without the humour. The rooms we finally got were not adjacent, as we had requested, but on different floors. Once we got into bed we did get a reasonable night's sleep. This hotel does its job as a place to kip while on the road. But it desperately needs some more staff!

We ordered a non smoking room and after being ignoredby the receptionist we found ourselves in a smelly, tiny smoking room.After the second flea bite I asked the manager to make the airconditioner work. He couldn't so we change rooms.Then I asked for assistance to connect to the internet (advertised as free) This stupid internet required a mobile phone as well as a computer and when I informed him that we did not have a mobile phone and could we borrow one to make the required call, he refused. After my suggestion that this was not good enough he STORMED out yelling "this is your problem, not mine..." The air conditioner stopped working an hour later and I dared not open the window as the mosquitoes were queuing up outside. Please, please do not even think about this establishment/Stalig
