Review 1：Check in time was between 6-7:30pm, and we had arrived a bit earlier, so we walked around town a bit. At 6pm, we went to the guest house, but it was locked. We waited 45 minutes but nobody came to unlock the door. At 7pm we were able to get inside after making a few calls.

Review 2：The free Wifi is limited in reach, very limited it seemed.

Review 3：It is right in the centre of town, great location. You get the towns path to use lots of things for free - seems best to be on Thursdays for some of the attractions. Friendly helpful staff. Was just travelling through, will spend proper time there next time! Great value for money.

Review 4：no lift had to climb 3 floors with the baby and all bags. no WIFI in the rooms, annoying shower - you have to press the button every 4sec in order to get the water running.

Review 6：The facilities were not good, mainly the children's play area and games room both need an update. Wifi was supposed to be readily available however, was only available in one small room. You had to pay for ice- 1 euro for a small dish. Couldn't see the BBQ facilities advertised which we were considering using.

Review 8：The hotel manager charged more than was indicated on the original booking form. The beds are terrible and uncomfortable, you can see in every detail that the owner uses the hotel only as a means of making fast money without investing anything back. If you can afford a better place, just do it - never stay here

Review 32：Family run like a YMCA very basic but family made up for it as they were lovely. Accommodation was basic but was cheap for our one night stay. Food was good breakfast good. Would go back for one night stay but not for a week. Lovely little town tho.

Review 33：No wi-fi, limited parking area, you never know when the building may collapse one can hear those scary sounds while walking in the rooms as well as on the balconies, shower was as good as a waterfall, one gets no good sleep on those beds there..I would not recommend this hotel to anybody......owners just minting money from tourists with no good facilities at all.........a big no from my side..........

Review 37：Have to arrive before darkness. Otherwise it would be very hard to find it without any light on the way to Todtmoos which is located in the middle of mountain. Quadruple room was filled with unclean bedding and no linen on the mattress.
