Review 3：The pillows were very soft and I couldn't sleep. My parents had the same problem. I asked for a different room because the one I received had a view over some roofs from the next buildings but I was refused. I ordered some food in the restaurant and I didn't receive what it was written in the menu. I should have received a chicken breast with zuchini, sweet paprika, parmesan and polenta but I received a chicken breast with some other vegatable which I don't eat, no parmesan and no polenta. I asked the waiter and he told me that: "it is ok like this", it was a translation mistake. I was expecting him to appologize not to tell me that it is ok like this. No entertainment around. I was there on 15th of August - everything was closed and very quite.
