Review 1：Lovely rooms overlooking the gardens. Well worth eating dinner at the hotel as well. Be prepared for a slightly remote location though. We don't speak any German but although some staff had limited English we got by.

Review 2：- kitchen has next to no cooking utensils, you can hire some free of charge, but would still struggle to cook - while breakfast is provided, the property's restaurant opens only from 2pm onwards on weekdays and from 12 pm onwards on weekends. On Friday they run special barbecue events where no a la carte food is available. This was tricky for us as it meant we have to drive somewhere else to eat which was not always easy having a 1.5y old boy. - remote and peaceful location meant next restaurants is 10 min drive away.

Review 4：The local authority has closed roads all over the place and it was hard to explore. We didn't get to see the Cliffs - which is why we went to the area. By the time we had worked out (info in English was very poor) what we had to do to get to the Cliffs, we had got bored and we went off to Berlin.

Review 10：If you wanted to do any self catering, you needed to be able to manage with a 2 burner electric hob. There was no oven, microwave or toaster. There were plenty of sharp knives, china and table cutlery, but only one very small IKEA pan, a non stick frying pan and one very large pan. There was a full size fridge, but when I arrived the ice box was coated inside and out with 3 cms of ice. I defrosted it overnight.

Review 11：Having a home from home with hotel service, eg. daily cleaning, bed making and changes of towels. The large airy rooms in our maisonette. The large garden with sitting area. We would certainly visit again if in the area.

Review 24：1.- Unfriendly personnal.2.- The appartment was in fact just a room with a sink, a fridge (quite noisy), and a kettle. No cooking possible. 4.- But ABOVE ALL, the fact that, on our departure, when we wanted to pay, the leading woman try to cheat us, presenting us a bill of 600€ while our Booking.com bill was 300€. When we said to this person that she was wrong, showing her our Booking.com reservation, she try again, saying that "yes but no, this is the price for one person". Just to precise that our paper was, as usual, very clear with the nomber of nights and how many persons. Finally, perceiving that she was not succeeding cheating us, she harschly accept our credit card, throwing it back to us once the payment was done.

Review 27：This is a great hotel if you are looking for a quiet place where to relax. The maisonnette we booked was even too big for our dog and the 2 of us, but we enjoyed very much having a terrace in the full sun. Wonderful view on the lake.

Review 28：The atmosphere was warm and relaxed. Well set up for young children. Management were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The food was superb. The view out to sea was stunning and sunsets were idyllic.

Review 29：1. the sofa bed broke in the middle of the night, and caused back pain to my husband. they only said 'i am sorry' about this inccident... 2. there is a kithenette, without any utencils

Review 31：Tastefully furnished and well planned rooms looking out onto the lovely garden. Ground floor rooms all with their own terraces which we particularly liked. All the Staff were friendly, helpful and clearly worked together well as a team. The hotel was busy, but it was easy to see that the guests were happy and relaxed, which was thanks to the hotel team and their caring attitude. Breakfast was great and the evening menu also gave a good variety of choices and was delicious ! No need to go out again looking for a restaurant ,when you can relax and eat well back at your hotel.
