Review 1：Very strange room over 2 levels with a steep staircase up to the bed area. Definitely no longer a 5 star hotel.

Review 2：Lovely location on the beach with great views from the Dining Room and bar. Nice free cocktail as a welcome drink.

Review 3：Breakfast was superb. There was excellent choice and it was all delicious. The views frm the restaurant was gorgeous and the bedrooms were very comfortable and very spacious. Complimentary water and soft drinks replenished at all times. Staff were extremely efficient and friendly.

Review 4：Extremely helpful and attentive staff! Absolutely lovely. Spent a week here whilst our teenage children sailed in regatta!! Staff even dried the wetsuits each day! Nothing too much trouble for the staff!

Review 8：On arrival we were delighted to be advised that we had been upgraded to a lovely suite with a bath. A great start to our stay. The suite was very nice with an ocean view and full lounge. The bed was very large and comfortable and the bath big enough for two. We dined at the restaurant (not the very expensive one) and enjoyed our meal. The service was very good. We were more than happy with the breakfast included. Plenty to choose from and freshly cooked eggs if you wished. We took full advantage of the sauna area. They have about 4 saunas, the hottest one being a Finnish sauna at 90 degrees. Towels are provided and there are some nice chairs to relax in. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the town city where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Lots of Italian places we noticed. All in all we had a great time here and would recommend it to all. Great value for money.

Review 9：The Staff are First Class, good breakfast, great location, the La Bella Epoque restaurant alone was worth the trip to Germany, cake and letter from the staff on our Ruby Anniversery, will be back again soon.

Review 10：We stayed for 3 nights and had no hot water in the bathroom on both day 2 and day 3. I reported the fault to reception on day 2 and was advised that there had been a problem but that it was now fixed. Unfortunately, we had to endure cold showers again on day 3. Not good for a 5 star superior hotel. However, this was the only flaw in an otherwise very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Review 11：The hotel is located on the promenade at Travemunde, next to the beach. There are beautiful views from the restaurant, bar and terrace. The staff were all very friendly and the buffet breakfast each morning was very good. We had dinner in the Holstein's Restaurant on the final night if our stay and the meal was very good.
