Review 5：Wifi was unstable. At the reception the lady was unfriendly and not helpful, while the man next morning was very polite and professional. Little details (like curtains) are not perfect, but I would recommend this hotel.

Review 6：Breakfast in a baroque style area was excellent with a large choice of cold and warm food. We booked two rooms for 2 couples. One was nice, the other one was small, uncomfortable and dark. After insisting, they changed this room for a very large pleasant room. Rooms at the (quiet) street side seem better. Parking in the street is cheap. Good value hotel.

Review 7：Carpet and chair in room was worn and stained. Room charges to my credit card were made in dollars with a 3% conversion fee in spite of me stating twice to the man at checkout that I wanted to pay in Euro. He assured me that the charges would go through in Euro.

Review 11：Some guests came in after midnight one evening and were talking loudly and knocking loudly on a door. No staff were around to address the rowdy guests. We were informed breakfast would be served between 06:30 and 10:00 daily. By 07:05 breakfast was still not ready and we had to leave without waiting any longer. No staff were at the reception desk at 07:00 in the morning for us to check out properly.

Review 13：We did not like the room. It was brown, dingy, with marked walls, cheap carpet tiles and what looked like teatowels for curtains. Half the lightbulbs did not work. The tv came on by itself at midnight startling us awake both nights. I did not like having to share the sun terrace, where I was trying to relax with a book, with the cleaners all sitting around smoking and gossiping loudly.

Review 24：Such a beautiful hotel with many facilities. To be honest we didn't use the facilities since we spent the all day getting to know the city, which is beautiful by the way. But they had a elegant atmosphere, the decoration was really beautiful, so the it was a nice hotel. The location is perfect, the room is big, clean and confortable, and the price was good to. Also the breakfast was amazing.

Review 25：As a person who utilizes the internet, even on vacation, I found their system to be cumbersome at best and totally unreliable at worse. We have stayed in 7 different hotels in 10 days and this wifi service was the worst.

Review 29：I should have mentioned that we were traveling with my senior parents. The hotel did not have a lift and they had to climb 3 flights of stairs, with their luggage, to their room.

Decoration of the hotel is very old fashioned and looks cheap instead of romantic. No curtains to cover the windows in the room.

Review 96：arrived Sunday afternoon and was not allowed to drive car into old town due to many street vendors until 6pm. However we checked in without our bags and wandered around village so it was not too bad. Unloaded luggage after 6pm. Dont know if this is a weekly event or not.

Review 100：Staff are worked very hard - it seemed to be just a couple of people doing all the work - so you do have to wait for service sometimes. Family rooms (4 person) had enough space but in room 203 the kids were on a sofa bed which was uncomfortable as it had a hard wooden ridge that we had to cover. Room 111 was better. Decor is dated - cracked avocado bathroom suite, but perfectly useable and frankly at this price, not an issue. No tea or coffee-making facilities in our rooms, which was a disappointment, but maybe that is normal for Germany?

Review 101：Family suites were good value. Location is wonderful - right inside the walls and very easy to find. There is some paid-for parking just outside, but availability is limited, as in all of Dinkelsbühl - nonetheless, you can always pull over to unload here. Staff helped us find a parking place. The breakfast was great - plenty of lovely fresh food. t wasn't clear when the restaurant was open in the evening and we arrived too late for a meal, but we were directed to a wonderful little restaurant just opposite. The staff were patient and helpful.
