Review 1：I have no negative comments to make about the Saraya.

Review 2：I stayed for 4 nights at the Saraya.It's had mixed reviews in the past,but now has new owners who have a high standard of customer care.The rooms are clean and equipped with en-suite and tv.Breakfast is good,although you have to select an option-:don't expect it to be buffet-style. The hotel is located near to Teplice's railway station.From the station,turn right and walk for about 400 metres until you come to some traffic lights.Turn right,go under the railway bridge and the Saraya is on your left.From Teplice's old town and spa area,it's about 2 kms. There's a large Albert supermarket at the bottom of the road.If you walk towards the town centre (about 1,2 km) there's a bar/restaurant on Masarykova street called Route 60,which serves excellent meals.

Review 3：Some communication problems but that can be expected for this kind of travel. It was hard realizing where the entrance was and it looks a bit scary from the outside.

Review 4：Location was really great. Convenient with own keys to enter both with car and by foot. Staff did what they could to assist with everything.

Review 12：The surrounding was very ugly, the room window was 3 meters far from the trains, which were running during nightime as well. The noise of trafic was also disturbing. Windows helped, because of the good soound proofing, but there wasn't an air conditioning and it was quite warm weather while we were there, so we could choose, why we can't sleep. Because the big noise, because the hot temperature in the room.

Review 39：Saraya Wellness & Penzion is being run by a young couple, who try to turn an old textile factory into a beautiful place. The Penzion is located close to the Spa centre. Guarded parking. Our room on the ground floor had good beds and an huge bathroom (all new). Breakfast OK with the possibility of extra bread + coffee. Excellent Price/Quality offer.
