Review 1：The only main point is language - that is why I not scored 10. Nobody speaks English, any hints and travel prospects (and they have many, really good) are in English. So - as non-German speaking tourist, you are out and you cannot benefit. That is bad luck :-( Small points - poor WiFi signal and poor kitchen knife.
Review 2：Very clean, monern and well equipped appartment. They really think about details - vine openner, tissues, coffee filters, tea pot... Very friendly older pair living in first floor, helpfull to us. Nice kitchen corner, nice bathroom... Perfect location, in a quiet part, but close walk to harbour for food and arrangements :-)
Review 3：A proper balcony would be nice; also the public transport into Sassnitz town centre is very poor at weekends.
Review 4：Location good, with stunning views across the bay towards Binz, and the Jasmund National Park five minutes walk away.
