Review 1：The location isn't great. It's a very long walk to the Altstadt and immediate vicinity is pretty unattractive. Couldn't use the wifi.
Review 2：The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. If you have a bike, it doesn't take long to get back into town. Don't be put off on arrival by the fact that the accommodation is next to a gaming hall - not an issue.
