Reviews for Villa Nause

Review 1：Reception works only one hour a day. The keys were waiting for us and everything worked out fine but in a five star accomodation there MUST be someone to greet you upon arrival. Also the working hours of spa are strange, oppening only at 15 o clock. It is a shame that there is no path for the villa direct to the boardwalk.

Review 2：The location, the view from balcony and the room decor excellent! As we were traveling with a small baby, a babybed and a high chair we waiting for us in the apartment. Only remark is that the bed was not made, and we had to assemble it alone.

Review 3：We did not read properly the offer on booking and we did not see that the price does not include the 55€ of cleaning. We did not find any documentation in english so we misunderstood a lot. They don't speak english and even if they were very helpful it is very difficult to communicate.

Review 4：The flat has an amazing view. It is very well furnished, clean and cosy. The geographical location is perfect to visit the Rügen Island. The equipment for kids are great: room full of toys and playground. A nice bootle of wine was waiting for us in the flat and we find that every thing was prepared with a lot of taste and sympathy!

Review 7：In 2015 a WIFI connection is essential Paying in cash only is not of this time either. The tv and washing machine need an update or maintenance.

Review 8：The seeview is stunning! The location is excellent for the olf harbour and see cliff views and walks in Jasmund National Park.

Review 9：It was very annoying that the bed sheets were made of artificial fibers. Consider this in the category of accommodation unacceptable. In summer, when you sweat, it does not add a good night's sleep. Next time, please cotton!

Review 11：The master bedroom mattresses and pillows are not the best in comfort, they also make you sweat which only starts being a problem if your there for longer than 3 nights. Replacing the aging hifi with a DVD player would be a good idea. Has anybody got cassette tapes these days?

Review 14：The location and the facilities were amazing. We were there in the winter, almost spring and it was already fascinating. It it definitely be breath taking in the summer.

Review 15：The pictures in the advertisement need to be updated. The "pool" has been let go back to nature and is filled with cat tails (bullrushes). There are no steps at the rear of the property to walk down to the water side promenade. The steps have been removed and the path overgrown.

Review 28：Suggestion 1: railings of the balcony are somewhat dangeorus for small children - the gap is too large, some kind of protection would be advisable. Suggestion 2: it is purely German speaking environment, I would suggest the owners prepare at least some English site manuals, house rules etc.

Review 29：Very nice, quiet enivronment, friendly people, friendly staff. Excellent location, excellent access to Jasmund national park and Rugen sites (the island has really a lot to offer).Comfortable apartment, view of the sea very relaxing. We had great time and have already recommended the place.

Review 30：the beds were very hard, and when anyone came in the hallway it was very loud. The whirlpool did not work right, Thankful we didn't have any emergencies, because it would have made it things very difficult without any staff around.

Review 31：We liked that it was easy to get just about anywhere we wanted to go, and that the kitchen had just about everything you would need. The view was exceptional. the sun room was very pleasant to sit and just relax. As well as the use of sauna. And we know a lot people complain about no internet readily available but not having it, makes for a very relaxing atmosphere and helps the body and mind to rest. never missed it!!

Review 32：Almost nothing to say but there is NO WiFi and it's a huge minus. There is a PC near reception that you can use for 3 Euro per hour but it's not OK if you're used to be online on your Iphone/Ipad or need to send something from your own laptop. A little problem was that staff is german-speaking only, so "be cool, speak Deutsch!";-)

Review 33：The best place on the seaside in Sassnitz, perfect seaview, very good facilities in apartment, welcome wine for guests, all attractions are just steps away. Also, there are great gym, sauna & billiard areas. The most important thing: my 2 dogs were welcome for a reasonable charge. Awesome Villa! If you're in Sassnitz, you must try it.
