Review 1：Would have been nice to hang our cloths up no hangers and no kettle for tea settee needed replacing uncomfortable

Review 11：No hot water in the acommodation block for most of our stay. Engineer called as soon as it was reported but still couldn't fix it. This was a problem to us with 2 children under four years.

Review 13：the room (smell, dangerous nails dirty, old), hygiene, comfort, staff, the time we got the room (1700), they didn't change towels or bins even though we requested it because of the dipers. It came aunts in the room after two days, and they still wouldn't clean it. When they finally dis, they didn't do the dishes.

Review 15：The room was cleaned only 2 times during our stay for 8 days. And a lot of noise in the night from a bar across the street.

Review 16：I like the pool area in the hotel. The outdoor facelities was very good. The breakfast in the hotel tasted good.

Review 17：The only thing that grated on me was the fact there was only ever one person on reception at a time so if you needed anything you had to que for a long period of time!

Review 18：Albir garden is a really good place for both adults and children there is a large pool and waterpark area with plenty to of entertainment. The rooms are very basic but that's all you need to lay your head after a fun day! Also if self catering there is a super market straight across the road surrounded by some good bars :)

It needs an urgent revamp The apartment kitchens are very poorly equiped,no electric kettle, no toaster.The cooker hob controls did not work which necessitated bending down on the floor to switch it on and off from the mains connection point.!.

Review 23：Family stay with two boys (age 6 and 8). This was a short overnight stay that we booked for the sole reason of using the new waterpark. Firstly we were welcomed by the staff who explained when our room would be ready etc and that we could use all the facilities immediately. The hotel has two large swimming pools which are surrounded by umbrellas for shade and plastic sun beds. We used the waterpark three times during our stay and safe to say my boys loved it. Happy kids equals happy parents. The rooms are compact but clean. We had a one bed apartment situated in the gardens surrounding the hotel, which was ideal for a short stay but would hesitate to recommend it for a two week holiday as the children have a sofa bed. The fact that you have a fridge and microwave is very handy. The hotel is a across the road from a fab supermarket where you can buy British brands if required. We aren't interested in the entertainment so can't comment. We sat out on our balcony during the evening which was pleasant. We visit this area on a regular basis and would stay again. Maybe the hotel could improve their offering by providing a two bed apartment..........

Review 24：Didn't like the fact that this was advertised as a waterpark included when yes there was a few slides open but the rest was a building site !!! Felt very cheated because of this .... It's a shame cause otherwise lovely hotel ...

Review 30：Good location - opposite Meta Bike Café for cycle hire, La Morena (for tapas and a drink) and supermarket (for everything else). Well positioned for cycling - fabulous climbs to Guadalest, port de Tudons, Confrides and the Coll De Rates plus great roads and patient drivers. The food int he hotel was plentiful - they even put on a free return snackbar for our cycling group The shower in our room was excellent Rooms were cleaned daily

Review 32：This hotel was a fantastic location fit our cycling holiday around the mountains of benidorm. Added bonus was the bike hire shop was directly across the road.No issues with keeping a couple of bikes in the room during our stay

Review 37：The hotel was full of young footballers and cyclists who made a lot ofnoise during the times, mealtimes and night times. It is not a good mixto have that group mixed with retired people, who ony want to have arelaxed time. I won't go back.

Review 69：It is not very good for the disabled to many steps not enough ramps. Self catering apts were not cleaned or bins emptied often enough only 2 hobs to cook on. The drinks at the bar were quite expensive & served in plastic glasses, the waiter was very good when i said i wanted my G & T in a proper a glass but we had to ask each time we ordered a drink.
