Review 1：No air conditioning (when we asked for a fan, they shrugged shoulders and said there were none; workmen started noisily at 7am outside bedroom window each day; pool area changing rooms were being refurbished so had to change at open communal shower area; No non-German speaking assistance in signs or instructions; the food was pretentious and no menu choices for other nationalities eg Japonese visitors. Bar not always attended and long waits to get a drink.
