Review 1：Possibly the worst hotel I have stayed at in Germany. Very rude check in staff. Noisy location and poor insulation. Rooms are not properly cleaned. I would never recommend this hotel.

Review 13：It was stuffy and hot in our room. We may just need to travel with a fan from now on. We also just had the poor luck of having the room above the front door and next to the lobby sign that stayed lit all night. We had to leave the window open, because it was so hot, so the bugs which were attracted to the sign, then flew into our room. It's on a fairly busy road, but that didn't bother us too much.

Review 14：The front desk clerk was so pleasant, and her English was great. We were so tired from staying in a horrible place the night before, and she made us feel good when we entered the hotel. The room and the entire property was very clean, and the breakfast was fantastic.

We were shocked to hear this insulting behaviour.Immediatelywithout asking us,he cancelled our room and we were in middle insultingwith 3 year and 2 year children who were hearing all these.When weasked for higher autorities,he told he is the one.HOW Can a manager belike this insulting hie clients with no care for reputation of hishotel. When we told him that we will share all theses withbooking.com,, he threatened us and see his words--''I will blacklistyou and all indians in my adesso hotel'''. We are highly respecteddoctor in our field and it was highly unprofeesional behaviour of thishotel staff and we have seen such bad behaviour in our life first time.Thankgod,we left and got best hotel the same time and we had pleasantstay with bestwest hotel in gottingen
