Review 1：When my friend asked the employer with black hair for the glue, she replied to her in a bad and not friendly way, which really make us uncomfortable. And then I ask another employer and I got it. Some people there are not friendly and always push all the buttons of the lift.

Review 2：Quiet and convenient place to live. Good breakfast

Review 3：-Internet connection only at the Lobby area. -Location could be better but equally located just 4 minutes walk to a subway Station (U3-Thalkirchen Tierpark) station which connects you directly to the city center.

Review 11：Minor points but not enough to sway from rebooking - Not all the mattresses were not super clean but this is to be expected at a hostel.shower curtain was short and lead to a lot of water on the floor. No big deal.

Review 13：Stayed for 3 nights here, but have 2 nights always getting door knocked by security that to warn for don't make noise after 10pm, but I just normal volume of talking only that make me feel abit annoying.

Review 14：Location is quite closed to tram, just need to walk 10 minutes. Room looks tiny but comfortable. Receptionists and staff are friendly and good of provide those information of map for customer. I booked here was during Oktoberfest period, therefore quite many people staying here too. Overall so far so good, especially their breakfast buffet is the best that enjoyable and tasty.

Review 15：I see I am not alone in staff complaints here so nothing new! Location and breakfast are ok but not worth it for the terrible staff. I stayed here over Oktoberfest weekend in a private room with our partner (410 euros for 3 nights which is ok during Oktoberfest) and the other 7 people in our group stayed in a dorm room. So keep in mind our group was spending a couple thousand euros here over the weekend on beds. Also that I am very understanding to staff as I work for one of the biggest hostel chains in Europe (in Paris). On the last day we had to wait an hour for our train at 12 so we sat on the tables in the lobby area (not taking up tables, no one else was there) and she came over and said 'you have to leave now, checkout time is over.' We told her we were just waiting for our train and she told us we had to get out. Really bizarre..I would understand if we were not out of our rooms (we were out of them by 10) but to tell a group who had spent so much in your hostel over the weekend that they can't wait an hour in the empty lobby, not even politely while they are spending money on coffees at your cafe..well she would be reprimanded in any other place. 2ndly, when the boys were watching a major rugby world cup game with other patrons quietly, a man came and switched off the TV with under 3 minutes to go and said that they must switch the TV off at this time every night..some other guests asked if they could watch the last 3 minutes of their country in the world cup and were told no. 3 minutes! Worst was first night when we returned from Oktoberfest..I returned alone with my boyfriend and they asked for our room card (normal, we do this too at my hostel) but when we told them reception only gave us 1 card they made me go inside and my boyfriend stay outside while they checked names and then refused to give us back our card until we took him to our room and got our passports from our suitcase.

Review 17：Certain basic facilities such as hand wash and towels should be included in the booking. Travellers bring along their toiletries but I don't think anyone travels with a hand wash. While the breakfast spread was amazing, I wish it included a few more hot items.

Review 30：This is a youth hostel, NOT a backpacker hostel. The communal area is literally just a pile of cushions on the floor of a room, and it is not a good place to meet anyone. Most people were school groups or families. They also made me pay 3.50€ extra per night for not being a HI member - fine, but would have been nice to know when I booked!!! Staff were not friendly (but were helpful). As a solo female traveller it was a safe and clean place but not social or enjoyable.

Review 37：The hotel personnel was very rude!!!! First of all, we were 5 people and we wanted to stay in 4 person room and just add an additional bed. We first called them whether it would be additional charges for the bed, they said no. And we went there they said that, we have to pay more for the bed, which was not cool. Secondly, when i asked something to the receptionist, he mocked me by saying that "is it your first time in a hostel?" and just laughed. It was rude!

Review 38：Good and clean rooms. Not very far from the city center, you just need to take one subway to get there. It was near tiergarten. The place was in the woods, which was nice. Good breakfast.

Review 126：No WiFi in rooms. A single room is 4 narrow bunk beds. A bit cold - heating could have been on. Staff were sometimes ok, normally indifferent. Computer system broke down so instead of checking in for a 4th night I had to move out of my room. Overpriced for what it is - you will probably be better to pay a bit extra somewhere else and get a single room with a larger bed in a heated room. Another customer accidentally came in to my room one evening - his electronic key was able to access multiple rooms.
