Review 1：This was great place to stay. Food selection was amazing just great place to relax and there is many things to do if you stay there longer. We had there only one night but it helped us to recover from 4 weeks driving around Europe. I would love to stay there again in the future.

Review 2：We booked a hotel family room, we got an apartment instead (withoutwarning - they were overbooked but forgot to mention) without bathroomamenities nor minibar items nor telephone! So if you had an emergency,you have to run 500m to the reception (dead by then). English speakingstaff only sometimes, at a "4 star resort". The pool (onlygood thing there) was closed 30 min earlier because the pool guy didn’twant to work longer and the reception didn’t care. No internet working!Every time we asked about it we got a different answer: internet in theisland is bad – pure lie because it worked in the reception; atechnician is coming – another lie told twice; and finally they said itwas because they were full capacity – if they can’t support it theyshouldn’t book that many guests. On checkout we addressed all items andwas actually asked why we didn’t complain before. After a greatdiscussion we got a discount of our rate, to minimize the worstexperience I ever had in a “resort”.

Review 3：Breakfast was good, even though we almost got charged for it because thestaff didn't know it was included in the booking. The poolfacilities was very nice, but the staff closed earlier because he wantedto. The rest was terrible.

Review 5：Friendly staff, good location, good food (we had half board), we made lots of trips by car; nice places were close. Swimming pool for the children - just walking distance.

Review 6：The Wifi. Allthough the connection was good it was terribly slow (couldn't load a single internetpage during most hours of the day). Very annoying! Generally good but som flaws in housekeeping.

Review 18：Very good room; great breakfast. Best value for money in the region for the time of the booking. We stopped for one night on our way to Sweden and everything was really good so we decided to also stop on the way back. We would definitely want to come for a summer holiday.

Review 34：We had to book out 2 days early and was made to pay for both room for the 2 days we didn't stay there. We asked at the reception the day before we checked out and they told us it wouldn't be a problem but the Lady at the check out in the morning wouldn't budge.

Review 35：Very nice location, in the countryside but not far from the sea. Goodfor relax with the family, even for the Thermen near the resort. Verygood breakfast.

Review 37：The room was great but there were no extra towels for the pool facility. Also, extra pillows are always nice. We had a great dinner at the Gutsherr--- Restaurang. Wonderful food and great personal service by Janett. A great evening! The breakfast buffe was quite satisfactory as well.
