Review 1：The check out was a disaster we were going to be charged for the room bar which we had already paid for on arival, the reception guiy said it was due, we said it was not we had already paid he said it is not on the bill as paid but took our word for it. The food was well below par, as I said we had been here before during summer and autumn last year as a short break and all was good . the food was baic, the vegetarian choice was basically boiled potatos with pumkin, the baked potatoes had ham mixed in, the fish all was smothered in sauce the meat the same, the dessets were all cream, really it was dreadful and very very disappointing from such a good experience we had before. We also noticed a couple of people stealing food from the dining room , placing fruits and rolls in there bags, this is not good as stealing would surely put the prices up or other people. also it clearly states on the restaurant doors that NO FOOD IS TO BE TAKEN OUT OF THE RESTAURANT.we really could not beleaive it that people would do this, they were late middle aged on english and one Spanish, I am sure there must have been more but these are the one we witnessed at every meal this was happening. We were on full board so attended every meal. But was not really happy about the selection.

Review 2：Room was clean check in was quick hotel bed was comfy bar fridge was good value and kettle supplied with cups. We have stayed in before this year for short breaks as we live in a village close by and go for short breaks away from working.

Review 3：There were a Kettle and two cups in our room but no tea or Coffee we then were told by a Guest that we would have to Purchase these if we wanted them thought the Hotel advertised this as in room

Review 5：If you are under 60 this is not the hotel for you in the winter, unless you are a Strictly fan as ballroom dancing was the only entertainment. Drinks were quite expensive.

The Marmalade and margarina were of an inferior brand why not use Hero Helios or Mercadona all are more superior for quality and taste.We saw many people handling food such as Prawn Cocktail and grapes and touching cheese and putting it back.Not a very hygenic practice.Could this be improved.The room had no sea view and the price we paid was expensive for what it was.

Review 27：Our bedroom had a smell of a sewage, we have to change to another one. To rent a bycicle at least for 2 or 3 days, minimum. To have Wi-Fi on bedroom had costs. Free Wi-Fi only in the Bar, with poor quality and dificult to catch. The cleaning service doesn´t respect the information outside the bedroom door and enter with guests inside.Poor quality of the TV image.

Review 28：The food well done and enough for everybody. Localization near the beach. Almost all staff was kind and gentle.

Review 29：The pool area, no shade, no sombrillas, sun beds are a disgrace they are dirty, damaged and very old. In the breakfast room there was always a queue to use the toast machine you need more. The hot breakfast food must have been cooked early in the morning and was cold and unappetising by 9am. Finally the coffee in the terrace bar and lounge area was bitter tasting. Sorry to say these things but you did ask. In any event we will stay with you in the future because of all your good points. The sun beds need replacing asap. What about giving a discount on beach sun bed hire which in a week or fortnight holiday prove expensive?

Review 34：Loved the location and views from our huge balcony, we were given a suite and the quality of accommodation was great value for money. The pool is lovely and unusual and the hotel is very clean and airy.

Also we had to pay for a key for the room safe. there was a fridge in the room which was locked..you could pay a minimum charge to unlock and this would give you some water and a beer..too much trouble. All good hotels should have good free wi fi, free safes and an open empty fridge

Review 71：We stayed 6 nights on b&b. we only managed breakfast the first 3 then we ate out. This is the most disorganised breakfast buffet and very difficult for the many elderly and infirm guests at the hotel, I.e. Bowls are situated at the opposite end to the fruit, then it's hunt the spoon, and really who wants fried onions with bacon and eggs. We kept well clear of the hot offering it looked so awful and laid out so badly to cope with the amount of guests. The staff all seem worn down and fed up, I don't know what has happened, we stayed here 5 years ago and it wasn't like this. Certainly will not stay again.

Review 72：The hotel is in a marvelous location, but is now in desperate need of a refurb. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable, but very basic for a 4 star, I.e. No toiletries, towels and bed linen so thin they were nearly see through and why supply kettle and cups but nothing to put in them.
