Review 1：Room smelled not clean, it smelled like an old cloth was used for cleaning. Very fast check out without without confirming the cost etc.

Review 3：This is the first time a 4 star hotel tels me carry my heavy bags myself to my room. In all hotels even in 2 stars hotel this serfice is included in the room rate. I think the front desek during the check in did not like me when he saw my passport. Eventhough, the hotel is good. I will not come back to it.

Review 4：The design of the room.

Review 5：The front desk staff was a bit rude, and was not interested in accommodating any requests. We asked for half hour extension on check out and received a curt, "no, can't be done" answer. We stayed in 7 different hotels in our 2.5 week trip, and this was the least friendly and not at all flexible. Won't go back again.

Review 6：The property is close to the subway, so it was convenient for getting around the city. The bartending staff was very nice.

Review 7：It might have been user error but I couldn't get the air-con to work. As it was cool outside I just opened the window!

Review 8：Nice Hotel - clean and modern rooms, comfortable bed. My room was facing trees and was quiet. Underground station very close by.

Review 9：- the staff at the reception are one of the most amateur hotel I have ever seen in my life! For so called a four-star hotel, the reception is not very friendly, not well trained and somewhat impolite! - In both of our stays they charged us for the breakfast which we did not have! I took us lot of time to discuss and almost argue this and finally they found out their mistakes! However, at the end no apologies expressed for their mistakes! - The construction behind the hotel causes a lot of noise especially if the rooms are faced the back side of the hotel! -The hotel is close to public transport but its area is not a good one!

Review 11：One of our groups room smelt of smoke, no iron in room plus an ironing service that made no sense to business people (pick up at 9am deliver at 6pm). Pillows on bed were very poor and a bit odd in texture. Double bed is mearly two singles pushed together. Mini-bar contents are just three dronks - water, juice beer although free no option for other items as thsi is the only contents.

Review 12：Price is good, location for us was good, low levels of noise, friendly staff. Bathroom shower good but no bath.

Review 17：I liked everything about this place. Good room, friendly staff , 2 minute walk to U station. Catch the U3 from there and in 20 minutes you are in the heart of Munich and in 30 minutes you get to the Olympic park , BMW welt , Olympic shopping center etc. The hotel is located in a quite and peaceful area , there is a LIDL and McDonalds very close to the hotel.

Review 20：I have booked and paid in advance for a double bed room, but I have received a small single bed room, without prior notice. Only at my question at the reception the lady apologized, telling me that the hotel is full and they cannot offer me a proper room.

Review 29：Professionalism of the staff specially the reception crew, Nice and clean rooms. Located in a quiet area at least during the night. Near the U-Bahn Station which makes it a good place to stay for a city sight seeing trip.

Review 33：Perfect location: U3 subway to station to down town, a big grocery store, nice restaurants all 3 min walking distance. Parking: free parking on both sides of roads. Quiet place. Friendly staff: baby cot was not prepared at check in but was diliverd 10 min after requested.

Review 34：In the middle of an industrial park, there are no amenities nearby. Luckily the ubahn is close. The hotels furnishings were cheap and wobbly. The bathroom is enclosed in frosted glass panels. Looks cool until you use it. It steams up the rest of the room when you take a shower, and smells it up when you use the toilet. Also good luck using it at night because it lights up the rest of the room like a stadium. For 330 euro I would expect much nicer than this ripoff.

Review 36：What does 4 star mean these days? My wife and I wanted a bed to share - not two beds pushed together (I was told this allows the hotel more flexibility). There was no minibar and our soap dispenser was empty for the whole trip. I was asked where I learned to speak English by reception when I asked for an extra blanket (wtf?). At 900 euro I expected more.

Review 37：The breakfast was great. The bar was great and the location in relation to getting to octoberfest was good. The hotel was clean and as expected. If I was on a business trip this place would be excellent. Bar staff and breakfast staff were great.

Despite being a hundred feet from a U-Bahn station,it's still an almost 20 minute ride into the city and there'sabsolutely nothing within walking distance (even restaurants or cafes).Second thing, is laundry. I made the mistake of using their laundryservice without checking exact costs, thinking that since I gave themenough laundry to fill a machine and a half, it couldn't cost morethan a few euros. It cost me 130$. Turns out they charge by the item,almost 15$ for a pair of jeans. I couldn't believe my eyes when theyserved me the bill.DON'T USE THEIR LAUNDRY SERVICE.

She hesitated to give us the free breakfast she agreed only when I shied her our reservation detail. She told du hotel does not have parking lot and we should look for parking in the street. In the next day I saw the parking lot and managed to go in. Room ver small and bathroom location and no privacy. Very old and amily towels In chk out they added more than 300 euro in my bell and after long discussion , he told me we charged you for breakfast by mistake.

Review 120：The “smart offer” of booking.com turned out to be a bigger size “double room” on the ground floor with no heating at all. Both the air-conditioner and the heat-insulated floor were out of order. Given the outside temp was around zero there was about +16 inside. The staff changed the room for a small (normal size) room for the same price for the whole stay.
