Review 2：Very nice cozy hotel in a great location right next to the thermal center. Large, comfortably furnished apartment with a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and an electric kettle. Very friendly service, good breakfast, everywhere perfectly clean. We strongly recommend people seeking a pleasant place with a great location at a reasonable price. Great for traveling with a dog, around a lot of green areas perfect for walking.

Review 5：No elevator, specially for older people, some of them was struggling on the stairs to reach the 2nd or 3rd floor, that was sad :(

Review 9：I have ordered Luxuty Room with sauna, washing machine, kitchen, diningroom & etc., received confirmation of avaliability og this Room buton arrival in fact was accommodated in apartments with bedroom + minikitchen/dining room - no infos were sent to me before arrival ofoccupation of Luxury Room. Staff gave info to the Booking.com thar theyhave 4 Luxury Room but have only one which is occupate bu arabianfamilies during last 3 months. Absolutely incorrect staff position.
