Review 1：The bed was like sleeping on wood. The staff did putt on a thin topmadrass when I complained, it help a bit but should have been double in ticknes.

Review 3：The quality of the food was not good. At many meals the food was rather cool and needed to be heated in the microwave!! Not something I would expect from a 4* hotel.

Review 12：wedding function right under our room balcony- noisy night, unable to sleep. The following night kept awake by inconsiderate hotel guests having a late night party on the patio-again near our room balcony.

Review 25：We have needs that includes requiring a kettle in our room. This was not available and we had to buy a kettle and two cups from a market. There was some choice of buffet foods but as a vegan the choice was very limited and pretty much identical for the evening meals.

Review 30：The buffet offered a good choice at every meal time. Hotel was nicely decorated and furnished could see areas of maintenance that is needed however we went out of season and they were doing works whilst we were there. Good location and good value for money

Review 31：Like others I don't think there should be a charge for car parking, as parking is free on all streets, and car parks. The Hotel should not charge €4 daily for use of the safe when room security should be their responsibility. Did not like the lounge or its Bar prices, so sadly, did not use.

Review 32：Spacious Hotel within walking distance of everything, and therefore out of any noisy environment. Did not use the Pool area but it looked very nice with its own waterfall. outdoor Bar/ Paella place under remodelling. Buffet breakfast was excellent and efficiently run. Did not use Buffet for dinner. Enjoyed the Spa, as we had the whole place to ourselves for more than an hour.

Review 37：It was a late Valentines break for and it was a perfect location for the resturants and bars on offer in Altea. The breakfast on offer had a wide choice and the spa was just perfect and very relaxing.

Review 38：The location for our age group restricted our activities but maybe poor research on our part? Communication with local traders was difficult with there English being limited so would say the resort was not geared for English tourists. Benidorm 25 mins by bus!

Access to SKY TV NEWS is available everwhere we go but not with you. Nothing to keep you in the lovely Bar during the week light but live music say max.2hrs 9/11 on at least 2 evenings would have been the " icing on the cake " for us. No IRELAND flag out side.

Will hope for more consideration to requests next time. Also the drinks at the bar were very very expensive hence few people using that facility

Review 56：We stayed at this hotel at the same time last year and had a wonderful experience. This year the food was rather disappointing. The breakfast was good aside from the coffee which was dire and the orange juice which appeared positively radio-active!, It tasted like liquid sherbert, not pleasant! Evening meals were poor compared to previous experience, with limited choices - if I visit again I would only opt for bed and breakfast. There was no entertainment in the hotel this year. Overall our stay was OK but certainly not as good as our previous experience at the hotel so rather disappointing.

Review 57：The hotel is friendly and welcoming and as we know the area, ideally located for our needs. Rooms are spacious and the public areas are clean and pleasant. Hotel beds are on the hard side but this suits us so not a problem. The Wi-Fi has greatly improved since our previous visit but frankly it couldn't have got any worse.

Review 74：we upgraded from a standard room to a delux at extra cost only to find the only difference was you got a mini bar with drinks and crisps, robes to use, not keep, and a free safe, the only thing we had in the room was the free safe. the bed, which was the main reason we wanted to upgrade was not the one advertised in the brochur but the double that was shown in the standard room. basically we got a standard but was charged for a delux. we went to view your hotel last year and found the outside area perfect for us with trees and lots of umbrellas which is another reason we chose the hotel as i have skin cancer and cant go in the sun, there were only 2 umbrellas that worked, the rest were broken and couldnt be used. a big problem for us, we went to the pool at the opening time to try and get 1 but found people had already put towels on the sunbeds and gone for breakfast ignoring the not allowed sign. the room was not cleaned very well...
