Review 1：I booked an apartment for 4 adults and I got an apartment for two adults plus two kids. Fortunately I was traveling with my two kids 7 and 11 who could sleep in the 170cm sofa, so we could survive, but that was not what I ordered. The agent said that Booking does not transmit correctly the number of adults.

Review 5：Had to wait about 20 minutes to get the key to our apartment. We had 4 adults and one baby. Sleeping accommodations for 2 people was fine, but the other adults had to sleep on pull out couch - not very comfortable.

Review 6：Our view out the back balcony was gorgeous - we were at the foot of the mountain.

Review 7：Travellers beware!!! This is not a Hotel - its overpriced holiday lets with a letting agent in another town - where you have to travel to. This info is only fisclosed after boking is made and security deposit collected. The short summary us: Bad service! Bad smell all over the apartment! Out dated furniture and fittings! No on location customer care or service facility for the apartments booked via booking.com No complete set of cutlery/crockery or satisfactory electrical fittings. We even had to explain to booking.com that we arrived and checked in, as the rental agent (yes it is really not a hotel) reported us misinf, despite the issues we had with the agent! Additional call charges, roaming costs and hassle that affected our dream holiday in the Alps.

Review 8：The problem that we had was that the owner of the hotel never got theconfirmation about us staying at the Farchanter Alm. Because of this itwas quite an ordeal for us to meet the lady and get the room that weneeded. We had even called ahead of time to make arrangements to get thekey at a later time but once we tried to get the key it was a mess. Youneed to make sure that the owner and the customer both getconfirmations.

Review 10：Check in was difficult and confusing, room smelled like smoke There isno way 4 adults could stay in the room. The "sofa bed" was way toouncomfortable for an adult.

Review 12：We had a third person who came and joined us and he said that the foldout couch was extremely uncomfortable which is not good when you'reskiing all day and need a good night's sleep for the next day.

Review 13：The location is great and it was nice to have access to the pool, abalcony and traditional pubs/restaurants within walking distance.Farchant was a nice place to be and away from the busy Garmisch-Partenkirchen tourist centre.
