Review 1：The house need renovation and window class is not double glasses.

Review 7：Though perfect, but... No elevator (we were with the baby stroller and the room was on the third floor). In the evening is quite dark outside (we went from center to hotel after dinner and it was really dark in the streets and around hotel)

Review 8：The vila is very nice, old house with very nice interior and exterior. Lots of luxury looking details, paintings, very nice and boutique. Room was spacious, nicely finished, bathroom was nice, all marbled. The most amazing thing was the breakfast and its room. The most amazing experience of hotels in Germany.

Review 9：I do not like the way they look after guest's safety and comfort. This is my experience Room can be opened with the key . But room cannot be locked from inside the room . Keyhole is not taken care of properly . When I had problem with locking my room at 7 pm , after returning from a long walk in the countryside ,there were no staff. I waited for nearly half an hour alone in the villa Ringing villa doorbell several times made a man who can only speak German appear from nowhere . Problem of communication with him. Finally he sprayed the keyhole to enable the key to lock the room temporarily. To have problem with room key and no staff available to solve the problem in the evening is not convenient for guests at all.

Review 12：The villa was not quite what we expected, more like an upmarket B & B than a hotel The description states that rooms have a bath and a shower. This is incorrect as basically there is only a bath with a hand held spray from a mixer tap so you can't stand up and have a shower The facilities of the hotel are not quite as described. The pools and spa are actually situated at the adjoining sister hotel which you can access through a garden gate.The outside pool was not cleaned regularly There was little information at the property with regard to facilities, activities etc, even about their own 'in-house' spa Breakfast was OK but had much better at hotels that charge considerably less. Overall this hotel is expensive for what is offered.
