Review 1：1-the staff were very rude 2-no one to carry out the luggage 3-they charge us parking fee with out inform us ahead 4-they charge us more thane what was on booking 5-i think i was cheated by booking rating which was not true 6-it was 94€ at the hotel i was charged 106€ due to ecxchange rate between euros and crones

Review 3：One of the best hotels in Teplice, but there is not much choice really. A good standard hotel, with no extras, seems a bit too expensive, nothing to complain about, notihg much to like. I always stay there while taking a bussines trip to Teplice.
Review 4：The receptionist demanded a full payment upon the day of arrival, which I find rather awkward, if not impertinent given the back up the hotel has at its disposal (i.e., credit card).
