Review 1：before i am going to stay at your hotel.i spoke that i will check out around about 12:00 O clock.But the lady who was cleaning there she said you must be leave the room now at 10..So i did not like her rude behavior

Review 33：This was our fourth stay at the Almond Hotel. Professionally run, nicely designed (IKEA furniture & beds), well-priced. The surroundings are a bit industrial, but it's interesting to see how the neighbourhood is improving (new restaurants f.e.). The breakfast has to be ordered in advance (4 choices with scrambled eggs + bacon being our favourite), but it is important to know that the lady has jam (marmelade) too on offer. One just has to ask. Because of this extra the breakfast is very good.
Review 34：I have booked a room and when I arrived there they expected me, butthey did not have available rooms. So they took me to anothe moreexpensive hotel.First they should have updated their situation, available rooms in booking, Second if there is a mistake they should have contacted me (they had my phone and e-mail address) and give me the chance to choose another accommodation. Third they should have cnever harged me more than the rate in internet for the hotel I booked. About the hotel itself I have nothing to say because I was not there. But since I should have and I could not, I point everything as 0.
Review 35：Equipped less than it is in my mind *** should be - no phone inside; onetowel; bath does not have any mount for shower and any curtains, so itis problematic to take a shower. Hotel staff is welcome enough, but alevel of English knowledge is very low for hotel staff. Situated not soclose to city center as it should have thought from initial information.
