Review 1：Need to get personal PIN for Wifi at reception. Could be difficult at late check-in.

Review 2：Very nice and comfortable family-owned hotel right on the sea side. Nice meals, nice beer at the bar. Bar is decorated in sea style!! Very traditional!

Review 3：We arrived at 2230 approx. the bar was closed but the room was lovely. Breakfast in the morning was great, lots of choice at the buffet. We could also see the location which was lovely by the sea in summer sunshine.

Review 4：Our room was great with water views. The whole place is charming and the staff helpful. Breakfast was excellent and restaurant good. The ferry was a little late but we phoned and were told that they would wait for us - we got there at 11 pm.

Review 7：We arrived after having trouble finding the hotel very tired. The staff acted as if our arrival was an unpleasant task for them. Couldn't be worried about how to safely store our bicycles, our only transport for 5 weeks of travel. Didn't bother to explain anything--all with no smiles. Location is superb. Our room was the smallest. Wonder if we were 2nd class because of or booking.com reservation?? Restaurant excellent with very nice English speKing bar tender and helpful waitress.

Review 8：WiFi was slow and we got it only on request. Even so, it was just one device access for 2 persons. Funny. To get the 2nd password you need to ask again and the personnel is not happy about it because they need to generate the password from their system. They try to be nice, but they hardly speak English. They could not add data to my invoice (I needed just to add my tax number) and a lady at the reception said that only the data from the Bookin.com can be printed. And finally, be punctual, they will not allow you to stay longer in the hotel even half an hour, because the cleaning staff is paid for hours and nobody cares that you want to relax after breakfast. "Can we leave the room at twelve?", "Nein. Elf Uhr. Eleven" - she added in English :-) Doesn't matter that we left good tips in the bar... And it was Sunday in a middle of January with only a few rooms occupied.

Review 9：Nice and quiet hotel with good location. Good breakfast. Pub and restaurant with marine atmosphere and good food. View of the sea is attractive but you see a carpark between your hotel window and the Baltic sea.

Review 10：My flight was delayed, meaning I would not be able to check-in by 23:00. I called the hotel and informed them I would be one hour late, due to a delayed flight, and they said if I was not htere by 23:00, the hotel would be closed. No alternatives, no provision for picking up a key if you are late. Only we close at 23:00, find somewhere else! Terrible service!!!

Review 14：The temperature in the room was above 30 degrees Celsius. No alternative to cool it by opening the window, due to the noise of people and delivery cars passing by and stopping from 4.15AM all the time up to 7.00 AM. Short beds, not comfortable for 1m85+ people. We left the hotel after one night in stead of the previously booked two nights. We did not have to pay for the cancelled night, so that was arranged nicely.

Review 26：This hotel is a gem. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was beautiful and comfortable. The location is ideal for the beach and very pleasant harbour, plus the attraction of an old Royal Navy submarine! The hotel is also a fish restaurant and the food was superb. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
